Kordell Stewart Slams Porsha Williams, Talks Gay Rumors With Steve Harvey

Kordell Stewart appeared as a guest on The Steve Harvey Show for an episode that airs on Wednesday. During his chat with Harvey, Kordell touched on a few topics that many might be wondering about including how he currently feels about his Real Housewives of Atlanta ex-wife Porsha Stewart and the truth behind those pesky gay rumors that have haunted him for years.

The former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback is making the rounds, promoting his new book called Truth: The Kordell Stewart Story. In a clip shared from the upcoming interview with Steve Harvey, Kordell addresses rumors that he might be gay.

“I wanted to wait until I had the opportunity to speak to you about this,” Stewart told Harvey.

“First of all, when in the world have I gone to jail in Pittsburgh, because there’s no record,” Stewart continued. “I don’t care if it’s 10, 20, 30 years. If it happened, it would be documented, let alone, being with a transvestite. Now, each is own Steve. Trust me when I tell you, but the life I started and live with my family… The thing I understood about life, is when God created the heaven and earth, he created Adam and Eve. That’s all I know. I don’t know anything else.”

The rumor that Kordell Stewart is talking about originated back in 1998 when a friend allegedly called him up and asked if it was true what he heard. It turns out that the friend heard that Kordell had been caught in a sexual act in a Pittsburgh park with a crossdresser, according to the former football star. An allegation which he says is not true.

As for Porsha Williams, Kordell Stewart addressed his former wife of two years as well. “You know, I loved my ex-wife,” Kordell says of the RHOA star. “That’s old and that’s over with, Steve.”

Then Kordell decided to really slam Porsha Williams when asked if he regretted appearing on Real Housewives of Atlanta with her.

“No, I really don’t Steve, because you know what I’ve seen of my ex as of lately, conducting herself, just imagine if we was together for five more years with two children,” he says. “That wouldn’t have been good.”

Then Kordell turned his attention to the stories about how he left Porsha Williams high and dry after their divorce. According to Stewart, the RHOA star wasn’t nearly as broke as the reports claimed, and he wasn’t the bad guy that everyone said he was.

“She came in with a tough situation and then she came out with the Atlanta Housewives show, with making five to six figures, something more than she’s ever had. So when people say ‘I ran her off, she left with nothing,’ she left with a lot.”

Kordell threw out a few more digs about his marriage to Porsha Williams before admitting that he does want to remarry someday. Or at least he’s open to the idea of finding another wife anyway. He has a preference for the type of woman he ends up with the next time around, though. It’s safe to say that Porsha probably won’t be happy when she catches wind of this Steve Harvey interview.

“I want a woman, Steve. I don’t want a child that’s trying to play the role of a woman. Someone that’s strong and can stand her own ground,” Kordell stated.

Porsha Williams is pretty outspoken still about her failed marriage to Kordell Stewart. We can only imagine what the Real Housewives of Atlanta star will have to say about this interview so keep your eyes peeled for a Porsha clap back because it’s coming.
