‘Teen Mom OG’ Star Ryan Edwards Kicked Out Over Heavy Drug Use?
Things just keep getting worse for Ryan Edwards. A week after Edwards’ parents kicked him out of their home, the Teen Mom OG star was accused of drug use. Did Edwards turn to drugs as a result of his deteriorating family life?
Radar Online reports that fans first noticed that Edwards looked high after attending his son Bentley’s game.
“Is it me or is Ryan Edwards totally drugged out on tonight’s episode?” one fan wrote, while another added, “Holy Ryan just looks higher than a kite in the scene.”
“What’s with Ryan’s crazy eyes? Poor Bentley,” another fan asked. “Championship game on Father’s Day & Ryan would rather sit home on the couch.”

Following the baseball game, Edwards celebrated Father’s Day with his dad, Larry, and grandmother.
Earlier in the episode, Heavy reports that Edwards’ father kicked him out of the house and accused him of being “lazy” and “selfish.” He even called his son a “blood-sucking leech,” which could be one reason why Edwards turned to drugs.
“For years, we’ve held out hope that Ryan Edwards would step up to the plate and be the perfect father, but he’s shown over and over again that this may not ever happen,” Larry spoke in regards to his son.
He continued, “It’s just Ryan. I’m over his lies. I’m over his laziness, selfishness. I’m done with it… I’m done with him forever. I don’t want him anywhere around me ever. And I never wanna be around him ever ’cause I’m tired of that bloodsucking leech. I’m over it.”
“After tonight’s episode I am convinced that Ryan is on drugs and that’s why Larry kicked him out,” one fan shared on Twitter.
“Bugged eyed Ryan asked Bentley if he hit well in his game twice in two minutes and nodded off. So the fight was about wrenches huh?” another fan pointed out.
It isn’t clear if Edwards’ alleged drug use was sparked by his fight with Larry.
According to All About the Tea, a Teen Mom producer discussed the situation with Larry, who eventually said that he “wouldn’t p**s on him if he was on fire.”
Edwards is clearly having a lot of problems at home, and it’s entirely possible that his latest drug binge was because of his feud with his dad. Edwards has not commented on the allegations of drug use or the status of his relationship with his parents.
This isn’t, however, the first time that Edwards faced criticism over the past few months. The reality star recently admitted to shooting cats with an air gun in his backyard. In response to the shootings, PETA released a statement that said Edwards “clearly needs a psychological evaluation.”
Edwards is currently living in a house that his mom owns and is trying to get back on his feet. The only problem is that Edwards’ mom is trying to sell the house, so it might be a short stay for the reality star.
With so many things going wrong, it’s anyone’s guess what Edwards will do next. Edwards has faced criticism from fans and his parents about not spending enough time with his son.
In fact, Maci Bookout, Edwards’ baby momma, has spoken out against her ex about not paying attention to Bentley and not attending his school events. If Edwards was on drugs during Bentley’s baseball game, there is not telling how Bookout will react in future episodes.
