Is Jules Wainstein’s Age The Reason Why She’s Leaving ‘The Real Housewives Of New York’?

Jules Wainstein filmed her first season of The Real Housewives of New York and put herself on the line. Jules ended up sharing everything with viewers, including her failing marriage to her husband, Michael Wainstein, and her struggles with her eating disorder. It was clear that Jules wasn’t happy, and while many expected her husband to be a support system for her, he was busy hooking up with another woman around New York. Even during filming, Wainstein revealed that she didn’t know who her husband was talking to every time he was on the phone.

According to a new tweet, Jules Wainstein may just have hinted that she’s not returning to the show. While Wainstein has yet to make an official announcement, rumors are circulating that the New York housewives are filming their newest season and Jules could — or could not — be on the official cast. When a fan asked her about being on the show, Wainstein ignored the question.

“Hey NYC! I’ll be @ several @WholeFoodsMarket in the city next week Come visit us & sip on some Modern Alkeme. See link in bio for deets,” Jules Wainstein revealed on Twitter, sharing that she is out and about marketing her business products

One person wrote back, “which one and when I LOVE U SO GONNA MISS U ON THE SHOW.”

“The schedule is on the link in my bio! Xoxo,” Jules Wainstein replied, ignoring the comment about possibly returning to the show.

Jules may not be allowed to talk about her role on The Real Housewives of New York if she is indeed filming the new season of the show. Rumor has it that the contracts have been signed and issued and that filming has started with some of the ladies. Wainstein hasn’t said much on social media, but one can imagine that she would say that she was leaving the show if she was indeed not filming anymore.

Plus, Wainstein may be looking for some money now that her estranged husband has left her for another woman. It’s no secret that Jules took care of the children while Michael was working to provide for the family. Now, he’s leaving the family behind, and Jules is required to start working for herself. On The Real Housewives of New York, she launched her own business with her drink, Modern Alkeme, and it sounds like she’s ready to do a marketing push. But one has to wonder if this drink will pay for her New York lifestyle.

Jules Wainstein hasn’t posted a lot on social media. She did share some pictures of her children recently, and it sounds like she’s putting her kids first during this rough time. Plus, Wainstein has her parents in Miami, so she may be flying down with her children to spend time with them. These days, the courts are involved in Jules’ relationship with her estranged husband, as he’s required to pay spousal support. He may not be following court orders. No word on whether he has enough money to pay for both himself and his estranged wife and kids.

Jules could also be leaving the show due to her age. She’s in her 30s, and her co-stars are in their mid-50s and getting closer to retirement. Wainstein may feel out of the loop because she’s dealing with different issues than her co-stars.
