Jennifer Garner, Ben Affleck ‘Adopting Baby To Save Marriage’: Couple Desperate To Avoid Divorce

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck have officially reconciled, according to a new report, which also claims that the couple is strongly considering the idea of adopting a baby.

Last week, it was claimed that Jennifer had given Ben her permission to move back into their main house in Pasadena, having lived in the guest house since the actress famously filed for divorce last summer.

As many credible outlets stated at the time, Garner allegedly learned about Ben’s cheating affair with the family’s nanny Christine Ouzounian, prompting her to not only fire her but also place an immediate barrier between herself and her husband.

The twosome have been co-parenting their three children together, and during this time, sources say that Jennifer Garner and Ben managed to work around their differences and at least try to give their marriage one last chance.

With that said, however, OK! magazine is alleging that the couple has already discussed plans to adopt a baby now that Ben, Jennifer Garner, and the kids are all one happy family again.

According to Gossip Cop, a source for the outlet stresses, “Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are 100 percent back together, they’ve got lots to celebrate — including their just-hatched plan to welcome a new baby to their family!”

“They’ve fully recommitted to their marriage. Now, in tribute to their newly rebuilt relationship, the source says Ben and Jen have decided to finally move forward on something Jen has long wanted to do: adopt!”

According to the outlet, Garner and her husband had been wanting to expand their family for years, but after the cheating scandal broke, there was no way that Jennifer was going to have a baby with a man that allegedly hooked up with another woman.

For whatever reason, Jennifer is seeing something in Ben that she hasn’t seen in quite a long time. He’s made family life more of a priority, despite his busy schedule with his contractual agreement to star and direct the followup to Batman Vs. Superman, along with the sequel, Justice League, which hits cinemas next year.

Jennifer Garner seems to be under the impression that having another baby is going to strengthen her marriage, the source alludes, thinking that an additional child is exactly what she and Ben need in order to get their relationship back on track.

“For Jen, that was a game changer… It was cathartic for her. She completely melted and dropped her defenses. Jen knows it’s the biggest commitment Ben could possibly make to become a father again.”

Fans, on the other hand, couldn’t disagree more, having expressed their feelings about the couple’s supposed adopting plans. The vast majority of fans are concerned as to how Jennifer Garner could think that having another child can strengthen their marriage — if anything, it’s only going to damage it.

With Ben heading back on the road for his duties as one of the most in-demand actors in Hollywood, the last thing Affleck needs is another baby to take care of, fans have stressed, despite the report saying otherwise.

Both Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck have not commented on their potential plans to adopt a baby in the near future, but one thing that seems certain is that the actor is certainly living under the same roof with his wife again.
