Khloe Kardashian, Tristan Thompson: ‘KUWTK’ Family Hate New Boyfriend, Urge Star To Dump NBA Player?

Khloe Kardashian’s family members aren’t convinced that Tristan Thompson is the right one for the reality star, consequently urging the 32-year-old to dump him once and for all.

According to multiple reports, Khloe and Tristan have been dating for a couple of months, but neither of them decided to make it official until last month, when the duo arrived at a Drake concert together, People magazine reveals. It was clear by their affection toward one another that they were an item.

With that said, however, momager Kris Jenner is said to have contacted the best private investigators, hoping to find out more about the Cleveland Cavaliers player. While Kris is happy to see her daughter smiling again following the events that transpired concerning Lamar Odom, she’s telling family members that Tristan is not the one for her daughter.

OK! Magazine makes it known that Kris is taking no risks with Thompson; she wants to protect Khloe Kardashian at all costs. Having dealt with Lamar Odom’s drug addiction and all his scandals in recent years, Khloe deserves a break, Kris argues.

While she has yet to find something negative about Tristan, Jenner is being extra cautious, which is why she felt the need to hire private investigators. That way, she knows exactly who she’s dealing with, along with knowing all the facts and details about Thompson’s life prior to starting his NBA career.

“Kris is sparing no expense to have every aspect of Tristan’s life uncovered,” the source reveals to OK!, Celeb Dirty Laundry quotes the magazine saying.

“She found investigators who used to work for the Israeli secret service, and they’re pouring over his financial records and interviewing people who’ve known him since birth. Khloe has no idea Kris is doing this, but her sisters do — and they approve. They think Khloe picks losers and needs all the protection her family can give her!”

Khloe Kardashian has kept her romance with Tristan very much off of social media, presumably because she doesn’t want to overexpose a relationship she’s not sure will last in the long run.

Previous sources have revealed that Khloe very much likes being around Thompson. They’ve been flying all over the world together in the last couple of weeks, with one insider adding that neither of them is taking the romance too seriously.

While Khloe’s family has been urging her to look for a man she can plan on having kids with, the TV star is taking things into her own hands, figuring it out one day at a time — for all she knows, Tristan might be the guy she ends up settling down with, but it’s too early to tell.

One of the biggest downsides Khloe has realized about the relationship is that Tristan lives in Cleveland, while she resides in Calabasas, California. Her previous relationship with James Harden was heavily affected by the simple fact that the twosome never had time to see one another.

With that in mind, all signs are leading to a potential split before the year’s end, unless Khloe manages to make the long distance relationship work this time.

Kardashian’s family is under the impression that she’s wasting her time with yet another basketball player, but this feisty socialite isn’t going to budge with the decisions she makes for herself. If she is happy with Tristan, she’s not going to let her family ruin the romance.
