Nine Reasons Zayn Malik’s Mother Should Be Thankful For Gigi Hadid: Number One Is She’s Not Perrie Edwards
Zayn Malik’s mother is allegedly not pleased with Gigi Hadid and doesn’t think she is marriage material for Zayn. According to OK Magazine sources, Z’s mom thinks Gigi is “too Hollywood,” and that he should find a “nice girl.” If Gigi Hadid is not a really nice girl, then who is? Perrie Edwards?
“Tricia wants Zayn to find a nice girl. She’s not sure Gigi fits the bill.”
Zayn Malik’s mother may not have said a word. It is wise to be skeptical of unnamed sources close to celebrities and their relatives, but if Zayn’s mother is having her doubts about Gigi Hadid, then she needs to think about a few things within the context of her superstar son’s life.
Perrie Edwards, Zayn Malik’s ex of Little Mix fame, is the more likely Gigi Hadid alternative type mother needs to keep in mind than some hypothetical “nice girl.” Perrie just wrote a song titled “Shout Out To My Ex,” and the lyrics are flying around all over the internet from reliable news sources like The Sun. Capital FM reports some pretty offensive lyrics, and Malik’s fans will likely boycott Little Mix music.
“I hope she gettin’ better sex, Hope she ain’t fakin’ it like I did, babe. Guess I should say thank you, For the ‘hate yous’ and the tattoos, Oh baby I’m cool by the way, Ain’t sure I loved you anyway.”

Zayn Malik’s mother sure doesn’t need to hear that song.
Unlike Gigi Hadid, Perrie Edwards new lyrics prove she isn’t a very nice girl, at least not nice to Zayn Malik. There is nothing like kicking a guy while he is down, to show true colors. Critiquing an ex-lover’s sexual prowess is pretty low key.
For Perrie Edwards to say such things publicly, in a song no less, about a man already suffering from severe anxiety, and lack of confidence is simply cruel, and she won’t profit from it in the long run. For one thing, One Direction, Zayn Malik, and Gigi Hadid have a lot more fans than Little Mix or Perrie personally. Edwards just become a villain in the eyes of millions of music fans within her own genre, not to mention the fashion world.
Zayn Malik’s mother needs to be realistic. Malik lives in both Hollywood and London. He is in the music business and recently the Television producer business. He associates with girls who are nothing but Hollywood or its London equivalent. It doesn’t mean these girls aren’t nice girls, but they are going to be in show business.
Zayn Malik’s mother should love Gigi Hadid, and be thankful for all of the following. Zayn knew what he was doing when he picked out this girl.
- Gigi isn’t anything like Parie Edwards apparently. Gigi doesn’t need to take cheap shots at her past or present lovers.
- Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik go together like ice cream and chocolate syrup. They just seem to fit.
- Gigi is extremely sweet and kind. Isn’t that another way of saying nice?
- Gigi Hadid is supportive of Zayn since he has been ill.
- Miss Hadid hasn’t abandoned Malik or been critical of him at all.
- Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid obviously love each other.
- Gigi isn’t cruel. She hasn’t tried to force Zayn to perform in public.
- Zayn Malik says Gigi is really smart, and she certainly seems to be. Smart is very important.
- Gigi Hadid is extremely likable and just the perfect all around great gal. Everybody likes Gigi.
Perrie Edwards has just proven to Zayn Malik’s mother that things could be a whole lot worse if Zayn hadn’t sent that text message to break up with her. Now Perrie’s true colors are showing. Edwards doesn’t care about Malik. She says she never did, despite wasting his time for years. Was she just riding his coat tails to fame? Why else would a girl stay with a guy she didn’t love for years?
Little Mix is supportive of Perrie Edwards’ public attack on Zayn Malik. Jade told the Sun she thinks it is a great song.
“Shout Out to My Ex is a song that we’re sure loads of people can relate to. It’s all about moving on after a relationship ends to bigger and better things, and leaving the past where it should be.”

Zayn Malik’s mother has plenty of reasons to simply adore Gigi Hadid that didn’t make the list, from her cute ears to her great brain and then some.
If Zayn Malik’s mother is complaining about Gigi Hadid, she should just look at Perrie Edwards and thank her lucky stars.
