‘Love & Hip Hop Hollywood’: Moniece Slaughter Responds To Shaq Pregnancy Claims, Threatens Legal Action Against Jason Lee

Moniece Slaughter isn’t playing around. After celebrity blogger Jason Lee dropped a bomb, claiming that Moniece got pregnant by Shaq when he was still married, the Love & Hip Hop Hollywood star threatened to sue. Then Mo took to social media to prove him wrong and clear her name.

Moniece admitted that she dated Shaq back in 2014 but completely rejected rumors that she got pregnant by the retired NBA star at all. Mo admitted that she met Shaq back in 2012, which meant that he wasn’t married to Shaunie O’Neal at the time. Shaq and the Basketball Wives LA star were divorced in 2011.

“Let me make it clear condoms. An iud. And a vasectomy make pregnancy impossible,” Moniece tweeted. “Meeting him in 2012 makes it impossible during a marriage!!”

The Shaq pregnancy story was spread by Jason Lee, who sometimes appears on Love & Hip Hop Hollywood. After he had dropped that bomb on social media, Moniece responded and threatened legal action. It looks like Lee might be taking those legal threats seriously too because he took the post off Instagram where he claimed that Moniece got pregnant with Shaq’s baby while he was still married to Shaunie O’Neal.

The original message read, “I rarely do this anymore (although I used to enjoy it). @moniece_slaughter I don’t do the social media thing anymore but since you’re out promoting the sex tape you want the world to know about here we go. As far as monetizing off your sex tape I’d rather sell the story of how you got pregnant f***ing @shaq while he was a married man.”

A snippet of the original Instagram message calling Moniece out is still alive on Twitter with a link back to what has been deleted. As a matter of fact, there are a string of tweets leading back to deleted Instagram posts that Jason made regarding the Moniece sex tape and Shaq pregnancy claims.

Moniece has since posted a new message to let fans (and probably Jason Lee too) know that her legal team has instructed her not to respond to the Shaq pregnancy rumors. In the caption, she wrote, “No comment…Sad day when you’ve done literally nothing to an individual. A man at that. And he makes it his mission to do what he thinks is destroying you. But ultimately will damage the one individual who has nothing to do with any of it. My child. And if it weren’t for that, I’d let them keep it up.”

The whole drama started when VH1 aired a teaser about an upcoming Love & Hip Hop Hollywood episode where Princess Love meets up with Jason Lee to ask him for a copy of Moniece Slaughter’s sex tape. That has since escalated into the Shaq pregnancy claims spread by Lee, which Moniece has vowed to fight in court.

It seems that Princess is still mad about Moniece’s claims of hooking up with her husband Ray J. Moniece and Princess have been locked in a bitter feud all season long. Things really came to a head when Mo slammed Brandi Boyd during a listening party and Princess decided to go ahead and get revenge on her by getting ahold of that sex tape and making it public.

At this point, it’s still unknown who the other person in the Moniece sex tape is or whether it will actually be leaked. According to Jason, the man involved is a rapper. He did confirm that it wasn’t Lil Fizz. Fameolous reported that fans should learn more about the possible leak on the mid-season shocker that airs tonight.

Love & Hip Hop Hollywood Season 3 airs on Mondays at 8/7c on VH1.
