‘Teen Mom OG’ Maci Bookout And Taylor McKinney Are Married [Photos]
Maci Bookout and Taylor McKinney of MTV’s Teen Mom OG tied the knot this afternoon in Florida.
Although much of the state was just hit by Hurricane Matthew, the storm didn’t get in the way of the reality star’s “I dos,” and earlier today, the reality star and mother of three became a wife in Greenville, Florida, while wearing a stunning Riki Dalal wedding gown.
“I am so excited because I don’t use the word ‘fiancé’ because I think it’s kind of silly!” Maci Bookout revealed to Us Weekly shortly after tying the knot on October 8. “So I’m excited to finally be able to call him my husband.”

Maci Bookout and Taylor McKinney wrote their own vows and exchanged them surrounded by around 165 of their closest friends and family members, including their co-stars Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra, who got married last August.
The wedding, which was described by the magazine as rustic-themed, included “a very traditional religious ceremony” and was officiated by Maci Bookout’s pastor grandfather.
“[It was] really special,” she said.
The event took place at the Honey Lake Resort and included floral arrangements by Missy Gunnels Flowers and music by Barnaby Xaphakdy. Following the ceremony, Maci Bookout and Taylor McKinney’s guests enjoyed doughnuts by Katie’s Cakes & Catering, Inc. instead of a traditional wedding cake.
Maci Bookout and Taylor McKinney began dating after Bookout wrapped filming on the fourth season of Teen Mom. Then, in 2015, they welcomed their first child together, daughter Jayde Carter McKinney.
Throughout the fifth season of Teen Mom OG, Maci Bookout made it quite clear to McKinney that she wanted to be married — and that she didn’t understand what was taking so long for him to propose. Even after McKinney was seen ring shopping on the show, no proposal came. Then, during Season 6, Bookout finally got engaged. As she posed for photos for what she thought was a promotional shoot for MTV News, McKinney got down on one knee.
“I just love our teamwork. It’s hard to find somebody. We both are always willing to help each other and we both get things done,” Maci Bookout said of McKinney. “Ninety-five percent of the time, for our lives to be so crazy, it’s actually very calm in a weird way. So I think our partnership is very, very strong.”

After the birth of Jayde last May, Maci Bookout discovered she was pregnant yet again, and just one day after Jayde turned 1, she gave birth to son Maverick Reed McKinney (Bookout is also mom to 7-year-old Bentley from her previous relationship with Ryan Edwards). According to a report by Us Weekly at the time, Maci Bookout was completely shocked by the pregnancy and has since decided to take permanent action against a future pregnancy with birth control.
Now that they have tied the knot, Maci Bookout and Taylor McKinney are looking forward to life as newlyweds, starting with a relaxing honeymoon in the Caribbean.
“We’re going for seven nights, eight days,” Bookout revealed. “So eight days with no children and beer and a beach, it’s going to be awesome. I’d say by day five, though, we’re probably going to be missing the kids a lot! But we’ll try to enjoy it.”
