‘The Walking Dead’ Season 7: Negan’s Victim Revealed In Leaked Photos! [Spoilers]

The Season 7 premiere of The Walking Dead is right around the corner, and fans can’t stop speculating about which character Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) will bash to death with his bat, Lucille. AMC has kept The Walking Dead’s biggest secret under wraps, but new online images might reveal the identity of Negan’s victim.

According to Australian Network News, most of the theories suggest that Glenn (Steven Yeun) will die in the Season 7 opener. In fact, some of the images show Yeun in the makeup room with fake blood running down his face.

Other theories indicate that two characters will die in the season premiere and that the other victim is Abraham (Michael Cudlitz). In another leaked photo, Cudlitz is shown with a fake bust of his character. The bust’s head has been clearly smashed beyond repair.

Based on the photos, it looks like both Glenn and Abraham will die when The Walking Dead returns next season.

That being said, producers allegedly filmed death scenes with multiple characters just to throw fans off the trail. The leaked photos could be part of a campaign to mislead fans into believing that Glenn and Abraham will die.

Indeed, there are a number of characters who could easily die next season, including Daryl, Michonne, Maggie, Aaron, Rosita, and Eugene. Morgan, who plays Negan on the show, even hinted that Glenn, Daryl, and Rick were safe.

“No one sitting here,” Morgan told fans after being asked which character will die.

Andrew Lincoln, Yeun, and Norman Reedus were sitting with Morgan when the comment was made.

Meanwhile, YouTube user 999 Gaming released an interesting behind-the-scenes photo of Negan’s murder scene from the season premiere of The Walking Dead. The photo was taken from far away and features Negan standing in front of Rick’s group with a mysterious silhouette kneeling in front of him.

There’s no way of telling which character is in front of Negan, though it looks like it is a man. The image intentionally blurs everyone in Rick’s group, making it hard to tell who will survive the ordeal.

While there’s no telling who will die, Game N Guide reports that there are some members of Rick’s group who are safe from Negan’s wrath.

For starters, it’s safe to say that Rick is not going to die. Rick is the main character and Negan needs him to lead the group if he wants to gain anything from Alexandria. Carol is also obviously safe because she is off meeting Ezekiel with Morgan, who saved her from Negan’s thugs at the end of Season 6.

Lastly, it looks like Sasha will make it out alive. She has already been included in promo art for the new season, and it’s clear that she makes it through that fateful night in one piece.

Sadly, this doesn’t get us any closer in knowing who Negan beats to death. To make matters worse, Blasting News reports that producers might decide at the last minute who gets the bat.

If they filmed multiple death scenes, then it’s possible that producers could throw in a surprise twist at the last minute.

At the same time, it isn’t clear if any of the leaked images are real or not. There’s always the possibility that AMC is trying to trick fans by releasing false information ahead of the premiere.

Apart from the cliffhanger, fans will meet a few new characters when The Walking Dead returns for its seventh year. Tom Payne will play Jesus, Austin Nichols will portray Spencer, Zander Berkeley was cast for Gregory, and Austin Amelio will play Dwight.

Season 7 of The Walking Dead is set to premiere on AMC on October 23. Check out some of the leaked photos in the clip below.
