Tamar Braxton Kisses Husband Vince Herbert After Domestic Abuse Allegations [Video]

Tamar Braxton is making it pretty clear that she and husband Vince Herbert are closer than ever amid reports of a recent domestic dispute.

After weeks of speculation about the state of her marriage with Vince, Tamar took to Instagram in the early hours of September 5 to post a clip of herself and her husband getting seriously cozy just weeks after Herbert was accused of domestic abuse.

Shooting down divorce rumors, Braxton, who recently locked and then unlocked her Instagram account, took to the social media site to give fans a look inside her marriage, posting a short video of herself singing along to music in Vince’s ear and before kissing her husband of six years on the cheek.

“He gets it,” Braxton captioned the clip alongside a heart and flashlight emoji, which drew praise from Braxton’s 2.5 million followers after weeks of speculation that a divorce could potentially be on the cards for the couple, who wed in 2008.

“Yall making up TayTay,” Instagram user @unforgettable_january commend on the video, seemingly referring to Tamar and Vince’s recent reports of marriage drama. “Been married 16 yrs and it is work, everyday. Guard that mouth a little better and remember he is YOUR husband first not your business partner first!”

“Did y’all see. The whole Snapchat he was looking at her like I love you so much!!!” @quanda43 added, alongside the hashtags #leavethemalone, #theygoteachother and #allthatmatters.

Braxton’s cozy night with her husband marked the first time Tamar and Vince had been spotted together on her Instagram account since Herbert was accused of domestic abuse against his wife back in August, which caused a number of fans to urge the Braxton Family Values star to divorce her husband on social media.

Bossip originally alleged that Vince Herbert and Tamar Braxton got into an “intense domestic dispute” at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Atlanta, Georgia on August 21, claiming that things got so heated between Tamar and Vince that he bit his wife on the hand so hard that he “drew blood.”

TMZ also confirmed the incident, publishing audio of the 911 call made from the scene in which a male, thought to be Tamar’s assistant, can be heard telling emergency call operators that Braxton had been bitten and that Herbert had fled the scene.

Tamar and Vince have not officially confirmed nor denied reports alleging Braxton was bitten by her husband during their trip to Atlanta, though Daily Mail reported at the time that, despite the domestic abuse reports, police officers who responded to the 911 call “learned that it was just a verbal dispute and nothing criminal had transpired.”

Braxton and Herbert are still yet to officially speak out amid the domestic abuse allegations, though Tamar did make it pretty clear in a paparazzi video shot early last month that things were all good between herself and her husband in the days that followed the alleged altercation, shutting down divorce reports.

In a candid video uploaded to Instagram by Tamar fan @TamarHQ, Braxton can be seen telling paparazzi who asked about the current state of her marriage that there was no drama between the two, who have a three-year-old son together, and no truth to the divorce rumors.

“Just because somebody says something doesn’t make it law. I’m not even [trying to] defend my relationship to anybody. Ever. This is a marriage,” Braxton can be heard saying in the video, which was filmed as Tamar made her way through an airport in early September.

“This is not my baby daddy. This is not my boyfriend. We don’t live together. This is my husband for 13 years,” continued Tamar, referring to the 13 years she and Vince have been together. “So everybody else can have several seats.”

The paparazzo then asked Tamar in the footage if things were okay between herself and Vince as the allegations of domestic abuse hit the headlines and divorce rumors swirled. Braxton then hit back, “God is good so I’m good.”
