Jessa Duggar Features Baby In Seewald Family Blog, ‘Counting On’ Star Pulls Focus From Jinger, Jill And Duggars On News

Jessa Duggar is pregnant again, which means that she gets to be one of the few people from the Duggars that gets to have the spotlight. Not only that, her first baby Spurgeon just turned 10 months, which means that she duly gave an update on Seewald family blog. If Jessa isn’t the real star of Counting On, we don’t know who is!

In the latest episode of Jill and Jessa: Counting On, the younger Duggar proudly supported her husband playing rusty football. Maybe the baby in her belly gave a little kick of excitement as well!

“Jessa Duggar witnesses husband Ben Seewald’s bumpy day at a football camp for underprivileged kids in Counting On’s Tuesday, September 27,” reports Us Weekly.

“I actually threw an interception, so that was a little counterproductive there,” Ben said as he tried to explain the odd play on field. “I don’t know — I’m a little rusty, but at the same time, it was a good play by the kid that caught it.”

One wrong move on the field is not going to be a deal breaker for the pregnant Duggar.

“Ben likes to play quarterback, and so that’s his favorite position,” Jess said. “It’s fun to see him in his element — he’s having a good time.”

While she is not putting her husband at the center of attention with his much-left-to-desire skills in football, Jessa is showcasing her budding family to the public. Her most recent Instagram and Seewald family blog is about her 10-month-old baby Spurgeon.

In the family blog photo album, her baby is wearing a tee-shirt with “10 Month” printed on it. There are pictures of Spurgeon from all aspects of his life – taking a nap of his father Ben, smiling up to his mother from his stroller, reading his first book and more.

Jessa’s Instagram also has not lacked in terms of giving regular updates of her growing baby. She often captures him in daily life, opting to stay away from heavily staged pictures.

But being pregnant so soon after giving birth means that Jessa may be having a hard time keeping up with the demands of social media. The last time that she uploaded a photo on her Instagram account was over a week ago.

Counting On star probably has a good excuse as she prepares for the new baby to come into their lives.

“We are overjoyed to announce that Spurgeon has a new title in life as “big brother”,” she wrote in her family blog. “We are so thankful that God is adding to our family. 2017 is shaping up to be a wonderful year already and we know Spurgeon will do a great job in his new role. Having Spurgeon has been such a wonderful blessing and we cannot wait to see the face of this sweet new baby (or babies!).”

While her younger sister Jinger is preparing to wed her boyfriend Jeremy Vuolo, most of the focus has been on Jessa and her own family. Even Jinger commented on just how great Ben is as a father and human being.

“He has such a compassionate heart,” she said according to Us Weekly.

Jill, on the other hand, has fallen behind on Duggar family popularity. She is temporarily back in the US, but she now spends most of her time in El Salvador as her husband Derick Dillard engages in missions.
