Miley Cyrus Quitting ‘The Voice’ After Feud With Adam Levine Erupts?
Is Miley Cyrus quitting The Voice? Rumors that Cyrus isn’t getting along with her fellow coaches — specifically Adam Levine — have hit an all-time high just a few weeks into the new season of the popular singing competition show. According to OK! Magazine, Miley Cyrus is having a really hard time fitting in with the other coaches, and she has considered leaving The Voice!
Although Miley Cyrus seems to be doing well with her team, sources say that she’s actually “mid-meltdown” and that she’s trying her best to stick it out for the remainder of the season. It sounds like Miley won’t be returning to the show if she makes it to the end of this season (and if the rumors are true, of course).
Rumors that Miley Cyrus is quitting The Voice have actually delighted some fans, many of whom aren’t at all impressed by the twerking queen. Comments left on an article posted by Radar Online were extremely anti-Miley and just go to show just how unwelcome the Wrecking Ball singer really is.
“Always loved the voice and coaches, but Miley is constantly butting in with her gravel voice and is ruining the show. She always has to talk talk talk and we don’t want to hear her. Tonight I listened only to the music and forwarded past her meanderings,” said one fan.
“Get rid of Miley, she needs to grow up. She is ruining the show. If she wins at the end of the season, it will be because the show is rigged. How do you put bossy girls with professional men? Can’t fix stupid,” added another.
Signs that Miley Cyrus may be quitting The Voice may be coming from behind-the-scenes moments that the public hasn’t seen. Sources say that Miley has been teased by Adam Levine and Blake Shelton and that she really hasn’t felt the l-o-v-e.
“Cyrus has been clashing with her male counterparts for weeks,” reports Radar Online. Sources say that Levine and Shelton have been picking on Miley — and not really in a cutesy “big brother” kind of way. Sources say that Levine isn’t happy that Miley has joined the show and that he has been making her time on The Voice as miserable as possible.
If Miley Cyrus is quitting The Voice, she’s doing a pretty good job hiding it. In fact, a September 20 report from Billboard Magazine suggests that she and fellow newcomer Alicia Keys are both doing really well this season. The two are landing some great talent on their teams, and it’s very possible that #TeamMiley could pull out a win. That is, of course, if fans of the show actually vote for someone on Miley’s team. Fans usually vote for the talent on the show, but you can bet that the singer’s coach also weighs on that decision, especially when the coach isn’t very likable.
Interestingly enough, Miley Cyrus has reportedly bonded with Alicia Keys, and the women are doing a great job supporting each other this season. It sounds like Miley’s new-found friendship with Alicia Keys could be the only thing keeping her sane right now.
Miley Cyrus could end up quitting The Voice mid-season if things get to be too much for her, but chances are high that she will finish out the season, fulfilling her contract. If Miley is having a tough time on the show, she probably won’t come back for another season if she’s invited to do so.
