‘American Horror Story’ Spoilers — Where Is Evan Peters? Plus More Guest Stars Are Coming To ‘Roanoke’

American Horror Story: Roanoke is well underway and there are still a lot of mysteries surrounding the anthology’s Season 6.

While the theme centers on the lost colony of Roanoke, a few cast members have yet to make an appearance. When will Evan Peters show up on Roanoke? Who else will guest star this year?

According to Hollywood Reporter, it’s possible that Peters might be the piggy-man ghost who showed up in the last episode.

If this season is tied to American Horror Story: Murder House, then the colonial ghosts we’ve seen so far could be geographically trapped. Peters could also be playing the Piggy Man like he did with the Rubber Man in Season 1.

Whatever character Peters plays this year, Hollywood Life reports that he will appear at some point.

In fact, Peters is listed in the credits and is a series regular, so his appearance should happen any time now.

Peters’ absence from the show so far has been very surprising, especially considering his popularity with fans. Of course, Ryan Murphy could have an important part set aside for Peters.

While the details are slim, Peters did show up at an interview sporting red hair.

Did Peters dye his hair for American Horror Story: Roanoke?

“Uh, yes,” Peters said when asked if his hair color was for American Horror Story. “I’m trying to figure out if I can say. Yes, I didn’t do this to my hair.”

Peters stopped short of revealing too much about the new season, though he did state that fans will be surprised as the season progresses.

“I’m very excited for people to be shocked and surprised by what this new season of American Horror Story holds,” he stated. “It’s such a wild ride this time. I want to get a bunch of friends together to watch the first episode and see their jaws drop.”

Until more information is revealed, it will be interesting to see if Peters’ character is alive or one of the ghosts.

According to Movie Pilot, fans will see the return of a number of American Horror Story alums this season, including Denis O’Hare, Matt Bomer, Angela Bassett, Leslie Jordan, Cheyenne Jackson, Lady Gaga, Sarah Paulson, Wes Bentley, and Kathy Bates.

Fortunately, many of these actors have already made their appearance this season.

Although Gaga was not featured in the premiere, the singer made her season debut next to Bates as one of the colony ghosts.

“The character I’m playing this year on Horror Story, she’s quite grounded,” Gaga previously revealed. “That might sound ridiculous once you see who she is, but she’s very in the earth.”

O’Hare also made his first appearance last episode as Dr. Elias Cunningham.

At the same time, Matt Bomer has yet to make a cameo this season, while Leslie Jordan and Finn Wittrock are also expected to return at some point.

As far as new fans are concerned, Cuba Gooding Jr. joined this season, marking the second time he has worked with Murphy.

Further, Andre Holland from The Knick and Adina Porter from True Blood also made their AHS debut this season. Meanwhile, it isn’t clear who else might make a surprise guest star appearance this season. Murphy and company have done an excellent job of keeping things under wraps, so there’s no telling who might pop up as the season progresses.

Hopefully, Peters will show his face in the coming episode and reveal what character he’s playing this time around.

Fans can watch as Peters make his debut when American Horror Story: Roanoke continues Wednesday nights on FX. Check out a preview for the next all-new episode below.
