Rihanna Urged To Stay Away From Chris Brown While Dating Drake

Chris Brown and Rihanna may have split more than three years ago, but fans are still urging the popstar to stay away from her ex-boyfriend amid reports she’s now getting serious with Drake.

Rihanna’s fans have been taking to social media amid reports claiming that her recently reconciled romance with Drake hasn’t exactly made Chris too happy, and a number of Twitter users are now urging the star to stick close to Drake’s side.

“Rihanna deserved better than Chris and I’m so glad she has someone as amazing as my baby Drake,” Twitter user @drakegroupie tweeted out of Rihanna and Drake’s romance, which is reportedly getting increasingly serious after the “Hotline Bling” rapper gushed about his rumored girlfriend at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards.

“Chris and Rihanna don’t need to get back together. Such an unhealthy relationship,” @layshakae_x3 tweeted of Brown and Rihanna’s on/off romance, while @theyloveashh_ added, “Be like Rihanna. Leave [your] Chris Brown and get with [your] Drake.”

“If I was Brown, I’d shed a d*** tear EVERY time I saw Drake & Rihanna perform together,” Twitter user @tCIARAj then joked of Chris.

Rihanna’s fans urging her to stay away from Chris, who she famously dated on and off for five years between 2007 and 2013 during which time he was arrested for domestic abuse, come amid reports claiming that Chris isn’t convinced Rihanna’s relationship with Drake will go the distance, and instead believes he and the “Needed Me” singer will eventually reconcile.

According to a recent report by Hollywood Life, Brown doesn’t exactly believe that Rihanna and Drake are getting serious amid reports they’re officially dating again and supposedly believes that Rihanna is actually his “soulmate.”

“Chris doesn’t believe for a second that his soulmate would tie the knot with her long-term side piece,” an insider recently told the site of how Brown allegedly feels about his former girlfriend’s new relationship with Drake, adding that Chris “ain’t buying that for a minute.”

Hollywood Life also claimed earlier this year that Rihanna actually reached out to her former boyfriend amid his recent legal drama, which most recently saw Brown in a standoff with police at his Los Angeles mansion back in August.

An insider claimed that Rihanna sent Brown a text after he hit the headlines for refusing to leave his home after being accused of pulling a gun on a woman, where the site alleged that Rihanna was “nervous, scared and panicking” over Brown’s legal drama.

But while some reports are claiming a Chris and Rihanna reconciliation could still be on the cards, other sites are alleging that Brown has now moved on from Rihanna and their past dating drama.

Urban Islandz recently claimed that Brown is actually now done with Rihanna for good, and knows that he and his former girlfriend are just too different to ever make a relationship work amid reports she’s been getting seriously close with Drake.

“[Chris] was more laid back and carefree, perhaps a little too young to get so serious in a relationship,” an insider said of Brown and Rihanna’s past dating life, suggesting that Rihanna wanted to get more serious with the “Forever” singer.

“[Brown] gets the feeling like she wanted marriage kids and all that other stuff,” continued the source, “but he felt like he was too young for that.”

The site then went on to claim that Chris supposedly thinks things could have been different if he and Rihanna were dating today, but now isn’t holding out hope of getting back together with his former girlfriend now that she’s reported to be dating and getting serious with Drake.

“Maybe if it was now things would have been different,” the Brown insider mused, “but they have both now moved on and doing their separate thing.”

Chris hasn’t explicitly spoken about Rihanna and Drake dating, though Brown did recently shoot down reports claiming he and the rapper were locked in a nasty feud over the popstar on Instagram, admitting that those accusing the twosome of feud drama because of the “We Found Love” singer were “making an issue outta nothing.”

“Y’all comments be funny,” Baller Alert reported that Brown hit back at fans accusing him of a feud with Drake. “Everybody know I don’t have any issues @ing someone I had an issue with. My post was for hip-hop. Stay classy.”

Chris also alluded to Rihanna and Drake dating and a possible feud back in May, as Fishwrapper reported that Brown alluded to a little dating and feud drama in a now deleted video.

According to the site, Chris took to Twitter to share a video of his daughter Royalty and an Elmo impersonator listening to Rihanna and Drake’s “Work” during her birthday party, while seemingly hinting at a feud.

“ELMO TRIPPING wit the song selection. NO SHADE,” Chris then allegedly captioned the video, where Drake and Rihanna’s duet could be heard playing in the background. “Where’s the Chris Brown music. LOL.”
