Are Harry Styles’ Mysterious Instagram Posts Evidence That He Wants Taylor Swift Back?

Harry Styles recently shared three new posts on Instagram, and his fans are freaking out. However, they don’t know what to make of Harry’s first Instagram posts in over three months.

This is because Harry’s trio of Instagram posts don’t include any photos, images, or words. The posts Harry shared are completely blank, and he provided no explanation for them. However, his fans have some ideas about the meaning behind the mysterious social media posts.

According to Goss.ie, many fans think that all that emptiness on Harry Styles’ Instagram is a reference to the 2014 Taylor Swift song “Blank Space.” As Bustle points out, the tune is likely about Taylor’s relationship with Harry Styles. In one of the lyrics, she tells her lover to get his passport. This could be Taylor asking Harry to leave his home country of England to come visit her in America. Taylor also sings about “a rose garden full of thorns,” which may be a reference to Harry’s giant rose tattoo.

However, the lyric that Harry Styles’ fans keep bringing up likely refers to the very beginning of “Haylor’s” love story.

“Got a long list of ex-lovers / They’ll tell you I’m insane / But I’ve got a blank space baby / And I’ll write your name,” Swift sings.

Some of Styles’ fans believe that his cryptic Instagram posts are an invitation to Taylor Swift. Is it possible that he’s asking his ex to write his name in another blank space?

Numerous songs on Taylor’s 2014 album, 1989, are likely about Harry Styles. However, the One Direction star has said that he’s not upset with his ex for using him for songwriting inspiration.

“We write from personal experience, and I think everyone does, so it would be hypocritical of us to be like, ‘Oh you can’t write about us,’ And she’s really good, so they’re good songs, ” Harry said of Taylor’s songwriting skills, according to Entertainment Tonight. “I’m really lucky in that sense.”

Taylor Swift and Harry Styles both appear to be single at the moment. Taylor recently ended her relationship with British actor Tom Hiddleston, and she doesn’t seem all that distraught over the demise of their short romance. According to Us Weekly, she looked like she was having an absolute blast at Liberty Ross’ birthday bash on Saturday.

A source who attended the party said that Swift was “in an amazing mood,” and she even hit the dance floor with actress Gwyneth Paltrow and singer Mary J. Blige.

Harry Styles is also currently recovering from a relationship that didn’t work out. He and his ex, Kendall Jenner, went out on a few dinner dates earlier this month, but the model has allegedly decided that she’d rather spend time with another of her famous flings, rapper A$AP Rocky.

When Harry and Taylor called it quits in January of 2013, “Haylor” fans likely thought that there was no chance of the pair were ever getting back together. However, two years later, the singers were spotted mingling with a group of friends in the lobby of the Sunset Marquis Hotel in Los Angeles. As Just Jared reports, they were both leaving Caleb Followill’s birthday party. Unfortunately for “Haylor” fans, their dreams of Taylor and Harry giving their romance another chance were dashed when Taylor met Calvin Harris a few weeks later. According to E! News, the “Shake It Off” singer and the DJ began dating in March, 2015.

The Daily Star claims that the producers of The Great British Bake Off reality TV competition want Taylor to replace Mary Berry as a judge, and Taylor is reportedly a fan of the show. So who knows? Maybe she’ll agree to star on the cooking show, move to England, and resume her relationship with Harry Styles. Just think of all the song material that such a dramatic life change would provide for the pop star.
