Everyone has been buzzing about Angelina Jolie filing for divorce from husband Brad Pitt, which broke the internet on Tuesday, Sept. 20. Little do many know, Jennifer Aniston has been making headlines for her impending divorce with actor Justin Theroux. The couple met in 2011 and were engaged until they married last year. Supposed sources close to Aniston and Theroux revealed that they have been fighting over their crazy schedules, reports Radar Online.
“Jen’s proud of Justin’s work but she’d be lying if she said she wasn’t looking forward to the end of the shoot of his HBO series, The Leftovers, which has relocated to Australia for its third season,” one of the insiders told Radar. “But after Justin told her bosses were leaving a door open should HBO want another series, Jen flipped out.”
Last year, Aniston, 47, temporarily relocated to New York City, “but Australia’s just one step too far,” added the insider. Aniston doesn’t want Theroux, 45, to sign on for another series even though he’s already signed into a seven-year contract with the studio that he can’t get out of.
“It would have been better if he could have gotten a serious movie career off the ground as that only involves him being away for six weeks instead of six months,” explained the insider. “She wants him to get back into movies and scriptwriting and walk away from TV work for good.”
The couple have been arguing a lot to the point where it’s become a part of their daily lives, reports GameNGuide. According to various reports, Theroux and Aniston have been fighting so much that they have a hard time making agreements on decisions such as choosing a vacation home. Theroux owns a beach property in Hawaii’s north shore of Kauai. It has been rumored that Aniston believes that Theroux’s stay at his vacation home in Kauai may have to do with his ex-girlfriend Heidi Bivens, according to another Radar Online report. The actor dated Bivens for 14 years before he left her for Aniston.
Amid the Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux rumors, Olivia Munn recently opened up about her relationship with Theroux during an interview with Entertainment Tonight. Before Theroux married Aniston last year, the actor was giving date tips to the model and actress in New York. Munn revealed that the two were close friends and drinking buddies when they worked on the set of The Daily Show back in 2010.
“He’d be like, ‘This guy. Stay away from that,'” revealed Munn, who is now dating Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers. “He does like Aaron.”
It’s clear that their relationship was not a sexual one. It also should be noted that Munn and Theroux are still good friends, and Aniston appears to be cool with it. Aniston also found herself at the rumors regarding her previous relationship with Brad Pitt and that she was considering rekindling their romance.
“Jennifer Aniston is not lucky in love and she and Justin Theroux are not happy together,” an alleged insider said, according to a report via the Movie News Guide back on Aug. 31. “Some rumors also claim that Jennifer Aniston is back with ex, Brad Pitt and this is also causing troubles in Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s relationship.”
The divorce rumors have been hounding Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie for months – and that turned out to be true. Hopefully, that won’t be the case for Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux.
