Dina Manzo Hangs With Teresa Giudice, Explains Why She Won’t Mend Things With Caroline Manzo

While Dina Manzo is no longer on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, she’s still good friends with Teresa Giudice. In fact, Dina recently paid a visit to Teresa.

On Monday, Teresa posted a photo of herself and her youngest daughter, Audriana, with Dina and Dina’s boyfriend. Teresa commented that Dina and her boyfriend surprised Audriana for her birthday. Teresa also called Dina the best godmother ever and said that they’d be friends forever.

On her Instagram page, Dina, who lives in Southern California but is now on the East Coast to promote her skincare line, posted a photo of herself with Audriana. Dina helped celebrate Audriana’s birthday by showing up to the house with a big present and balloon. Dina called Audriana her little princess.

As long-time viewers of The Real Housewives of New Jersey know, Dina and Teresa began the show together, along with Dina’s sister Caroline Manzo, Dina’s sister-in-law Jacqueline Laurita, and Danielle Staub. Teresa has continued to star on every season of the show, including the current seventh season. Dina left after season 2, showed up as a guest on Season 4, and returned as a starring cast member last season.

During season 6, Dina and Teresa had fun with and supported one another throughout the season. While some of the other cast members questioned Teresa on her legal issues, Dina declined to do so, opting instead to just keep things light and fun between her and Teresa.

In an interview with E! News in April, Dina revealed that she and Teresa communicated almost daily during Teresa’s prison sentence, which made their friendship even stronger.

“We kept in touch via email like daily. As a matter of fact in some odd way I think it brought us closer because not many people had email access to her. I was one of the chosen ones.”

As she did during their time together on Real Housewives, Dina Manzo limited their conversations to “girl talk” to help get Teresa Giudice’s mind off the more serious matters going on in her life.

“We didn’t get deep. It was just keeping it light and moving her right through it.”

Although Dina Manzo is no longer on TV, she became a big topic of conversation last week when Caroline Manzo revealed on Andy Cohen’s talk show Watch What Happens Live that she and Dina, after a brief reconciliation, is on the outs again. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Caroline, who left Real Housewives after season 5 to star in her own spin-off, Manzo’d with Children, said that she and Dina had a good relationship for about 10 months after reconciling over the holidays in 2014. Now, however, they’re no longer speaking again. Caroline compared Dina to a rock. Caroline’s confession prompted Dina to unleash a series of tweets that accused Caroline of being the one at fault for the estrangement. Dina even accused Caroline of hurting their parents and talking about their feud just to get press for her show. As it was during their previous estrangement, neither Caroline nor Dina revealed the exact cause of their latest blowup.

Some viewers left comments on Dina’s Instagram photo asking about her feud with Caroline. One person asked Dina why she can’t work it out with Caroline if she’s supposedly all about the Zen lifestyle. Dina replied that sometimes, you have to protect your soul and sanity at all costs and that establishing boundaries is also healthy and Zen.

Dina added that just because she lives a Zen lifestyle, that doesn’t mean it’s okay for people to take her kindness for weakness. As for not talking about the exact cause of her issues with Caroline, Dina pointed out that neither she nor Caroline are under any contractual obligations to reveal it since they’re no longer on a show together.

On the season 6 reunion show, Dina commented that she won’t ever do a reality show with family members ever again. The current season 7 stars her sister-in-law Jacqueline. During Dina’s previous estrangement from Caroline, she was also estranged from Jacqueline. Yet it seems that Dina’s latest blowup with Caroline has not negatively affected her relationship with Jacqueline. As the Inquisitr reported, Jacqueline revealed during a recent Snapchat session that she and Dina are still doing good and don’t have any problems with one another. As for the drama between Caroline and Dina, Jacqueline described it as a sad situation but didn’t reveal the cause of the drama.

Will Dina Manzo’s good relationship with Jacqueline Laurita last, given the fact that the preview for the entire The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 7 season shows that viewers will see Jacqueline and Teresa Giudice fighting again later on?
