‘Once Upon A Time’ Season 6 Spoilers: Emma Keeps A Huge Secret From Hook
Once Upon A Time Season 6 premieres in six days and fans are excited. What can viewers expect from the residents of Storybrooke, especially Hook and Emma? It turns out that no relationship is a fairy tale. Emma Swan will keep a big secret from Hook. What could she be hiding and why all the secrecy?

Even though last season was a bit disappointing to some, there are great changes coming. The executive producers have also teased that Once Upon A Time is going back to basics in Season 6, which is great news. Two characters viewers have been talking about are Hook (Colin O’Donoghue) and Emma (Jennifer Morrison).
In Season 5, Emma told Hook that she loved him and the two were not in a dangerous situation at the time. That was definitely a first and OUAT fans were happy about it. Going into Season 6, Hook is pleased that their relationship is moving forward. However, co-creator Edward Kitsis recently warned that no romance is a fairy tale. Everyone wondered what the showrunner meant by this and worried about Hook and Emma on Once Upon A Time.
There is new information about the couple and what kind of obstacle they could face in Season 6. According to TV Guide, Edward Kitsis teased that Emma will keep a “very, very big secret” from Hook. The executive producer also said it will create a lot of tension in the relationship. Of course, keeping the secret will also put a lot of stress on Emma. What she is hiding must be something huge, but what could it be?

According to Carter Matt, the synopsis for Once Upon A Time Season 6, Episode 1 was released. Titled “The Savior,” Emma finds out something that could lead to devastating consequences for her loved ones. As OUAT fans know, spoilers hinted that Aladdin (Deniz Akdeniz) will help Emma with this discovery. One popular theory is that Emma finds out she is not the first Savior.
“As our heroes set out to stop Hyde, Emma develops a mysterious side effect, and Storybrooke becomes a haven for refugees from the Land of Untold Stories. Meanwhile, Regina and Zelena embrace their newfound sisterhood by becoming roommates, while Rumple tries to free Belle from the sleeping Curse with the help of a stranger. In flashback, Jafar confronts an afflicted Aladdin in Agrabah, and a secret about the Savior is revealed.”
As seen in the OUAT Season 6 trailer for the upcoming season, Aladdin’s flashback reveals he was broken down physically, mentally, and emotionally. He is going to help Emma deal with her discovery. So, it is safe to assume that Emma’s secret from Hook has something to do with what she finds out about herself.
It is possible that there is something more to Emma’s discovery than just her not being the first Savior? Could it mean that Saviors don’t get happy endings? Or that Hook and Emma can’t last because of the mythology? Of course, Once Upon A Time is all about Emma and happy endings. However, Kitsis teased to TV Overmind a few questions to ponder. One had to do with if there is a happy ending or if it just means one final moment. Let’s hope the OUAT showrunner wasn’t referring to Hook and Emma.
