Zayn Malik’s autobiography is set to be published November 1 by Penguin Random House. It is designed to define the often misunderstood former One Direction singer. Zayn always feels that his point of view isn’t clear to fans. He worries about how he is perceived, according to Daily Mail.
“I just don’t have it in me to feel fully secure in anything I do. I always strive towards something better. It’s why I think sometimes I come across the wrong way, a bit distant. I’m just stressed out trying to control how I’m perceived. I think about things a lot.”
Zayn Malik’s autobiography, titled simply, Zayn, is an attempt by the author to introduce himself after over six years in the public eye. Malik has never felt the media explained him fairly or gave him a real chance to explain himself despite wonderful tell all interviews by the Fader and other publications. He was pegged early on as “mysterious.” Is Malik still an enigma?

Zayn’s One Direction exit led to criticism in the media, especially after he launched his solo career. Malik’s previous explanations of his own musical tastes were twisted into criticisms of One Direction, Simon Cowell, and the whole boy band genre. Yet, don’t those who speak Zayn’s language understand that he simply wanted his music to be something deeper, more meaningful to him, and more expressive of his own musical talents and tastes.
One Direction’s former member wanted to give us something more of himself. Zayn wants to reveal his true nature in an autobiography, in addition to his solo music.

Have the fans really strayed so far from being fans and into being critics? Are they just hung up on Zayn’s looks and unappreciative of his heart, mind, and soul? Maybe it is time fans find ways to show a little support for Zayn. He’s really going through some stuff.

Is Zayn Malik being judged for being half Pakistani? Is he being judged for leaving One Direction or ignoring Simon Cowell? Is he being harshly judged by fans because of any of the stories floating around in the media? Fans are fans, and they are loyal by definition. It can’t be easy being watched, filmed, and photographed all the time, but were he not adored, would anyone be doing that? Sure there may be a few sick people out there, haters or whatever, that make mean comments on Twitter or hack celebrity social media accounts, but Malik is adored by millions of fans.
Maybe, Zayn Malik does not realize how fans feel. Maybe, he doesn’t feel the love people have for him? At any rate, Zayn is feeling anxiety about public performances and seems very nervous even walking down the street. Malik is worried about how he is perceived by what seems to be an adoring public.
