And even though Ryan is now married, moved into a loft last year, and has been growing his business to other states, he’s still keeping busy in New York. As it turns out, he is really expanding always in all ways.

With a new Bravo show premiering shortly, one can imagine that Serhant is now taking over Bravo as well — at least for a few weeks. His wedding special will air this fall on the network, and it sounds like Ryan is cashing in on all the extra attention.

According to a new Instagram post, Ryan Serhant’s wife, Emilia, revealed that she was back in the Bravo chair for some one-on-one interviews with the producer. Just hours prior to that post, Ryan himself had shared an Instagram story, revealing that he had to shave off his summer beard for another season of Million Dollar Listing: New York, which started filming this week.

“In the interview chair for Bravo. Coming soon!!!” Emilia revealed on Instagram, sharing a picture of herself in the interview chair.

“What color lipstick are you wearing.. Would love to know, can never find the right color for a brunette.. Thank you!” one person wrote, while another added, “Having a lil viewing party in Chicago for your wedding. We can’t wait to see Ryan’s face when he sees you. And bets on who cries first, my money is on Ryan.”

Serhant, who decided to return to Million Dollar Listing: New York, may be experiencing his most successful year ever. As it turns out, Ryan could be making some extra money by filming for Bravo. As fans will see shortly, Serhant and his wife, Emilia, invited the Bravo cameras into their home for a wedding special. This is a spin-off for Million Dollar Listing: New York, where Ryan and Emilia will share everything they were doing up until the wedding.

No word on how much Ryan Serhant will actually make from this wedding special. Serhant and the other agents will gladly tell you how much they sold last year in real estate in hopes of landing you as a client, but they won’t tell you how much Bravo paid them to be on Million Dollar Listing: New York. But Serhant and his wife may make some pocket change filming a spin-off. While Ryan’s net worth is rumored to be anywhere from $4 million to $20 million, you can expect his net worth to increase this year due to two shows, more listings, and more exposure.

Rumor has it that Luis D. Ortiz went to Greece to attend the wedding, and he even helped plan the bachelor party for Ryan Serhant. He will be a part of the spin-off show, which airs this fall. As for Fredrik Eklund, he stayed back in New York to focus on work and his husband. Fredrik previously revealed that getting married is a sacred moment, and he didn’t want the drama from Million Dollar Listing: New York to influence their wedding day.

As fans may remember from the show, Ryan and Fredrik didn’t exactly get along this year. Eklund accused Serhant of buying followers, which resulted in him writing a lengthy article for Bravo, where he tried to clear his name.
