‘Vanderpump Rules’ Season 5: Jax Taylor Posts Controversial Opinions
Vanderpump Rules Season 5 has been filming for a few months now, and Bravo may soon announce the premiere date for this new season. Many people are excited to see what this new season brings, as Kristen Doute recently revealed a fairly big bump that sparked pregnancy rumors, Stassi Schroeder appears in the introduction of Vanderpump Rules Season 5 (which could hint of a return), and rumor has it that Lala Kent has left the show completely. It sounds like things at SUR are being stirred up quite a bit, but things wouldn’t be interesting if someone wasn’t stirring up a controversy.
According to a new tweet, Jax Taylor knows how to make people talk. Over the past several seasons of Vanderpump Rules, Jax has caused many problems for his co-stars, as he doesn’t seem to keep a secret very well. Taylor is often the one who will spread rumors or share stories from when people cheated on one another. But this week’s controversy is more of a political opinion than anything related to Vanderpump Rules.

“Why do they give birth control out at Planned Parenthood but not tampons? It’s not like women chose to have a period but you can choose sex,” Jax tweeted to his many followers, which sparked some interesting responses and some harsh comments.

The harsh comments probably surfaced because people didn’t think that this Vanderpump Rules star knew what Planned Parenthood really does for women. It isn’t a matter of giving out free tampons to help with periods. As two people neatly pointed out, the establishment actually offers many services for women in need.

“Because the purpose of Planned Parenthood is to prevent unwanted pregnancies!” one person wrote, while another added, “actually it’s a center for info and resources on reproductive health. That’s why they also do cancer screenings?”
Maybe Jax didn’t word his comment the right way, or maybe he simply didn’t get across what he wanted to say initially. It sounds like he wants people to know that these Planned Parenthood centers cost money, and he may have been hoping for a creative way to minimize those costs, possibly by understanding what services they do offer. However, it sounds like this Vanderpump Rules star was left with more criticism than understanding.

“I said it because they cost money, some ladies In This world are not as fortunate and they have to watch every penny they spend that is all,” the Vanderpump Rules star wrote in his defense, adding, “You all need to chill the f@&k out for gods sake. Go outside and take a breath.”
Maybe Taylor isn’t planning on visiting the center anytime soon. Even though he and Brittany Cartwright have been dating for some time, they may not be thinking about starting a family. Safe sex may be something they practice to avoid getting pregnant. While she does want a family, Jax may be harder to convince.

Bravo has yet to announce the new season of Vanderpump Rules, but it is possible that it will premiere in October or November. The new season usually premieres around the same time as The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and these ladies have been filming for a while.
What do you think of this Vanderpump Rules star trying to get political? Do you think he has a point about these facilities costing money, or do you think he’s a little confused about the services that are offered there?
