‘Big Brother 18’ Recap: Spoilers From September 14 Episode, ‘BB18’ House Final Three Play HOH Endurance Competition
This September 14 Big Brother 18 recap comes from the Wednesday night episode. The BB18 house was down to its final four contestants, meaning it was time to send another person to the jury. The focus of this “special episode” was to show how the final Veto competition played out and who would become the latest eviction target. This particular episode of the show was aired by CBS on Wednesday, September 14, at 8 p.m. PT/ET.
As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Paul Abrahamian became the final four Head of Household. It was during the Tuesday night episode (Sept. 13) where Victor Arroyo was officially voted out of the house by Nicole Franzel and James Huling. Victor took it hard, but not harder than Paul, who knew he needed to take back power in the house. Paul then went out and won the HOH competition, ensuring that he would be part of the final three houseguests this season. But who would Paul target for eviction?

After the “previously on Big Brother” segment of the episode, it was time to get down to business with this September 14 Big Brother 18 recap. A meeting between Paul Abrahamian and James Huling was shown right away, where they talked about working together to ensure that Corey Brooks and Nicole Franzel got broken up in the BB18 house. Paul had a Diary Room session where he broke down crying about how Victor Arroyo got evicted and that he was now working on his own. He also pressed the point that he either needed to win the Power of Veto or have James win it to break up “NiCorey.”
James and Nicole also received Diary Room sessions, with James talking about how he was in a great position and Nicole being very frustrated about not controlling the outcome any longer. While James was excited about possibly working with Paulie to get to the final three, Nicole was coming to terms with the prospect of her showmance coming to an end at the next eviction ceremony. Before host Julie Chen took the show to commercial, she hinted that some “explosive” footage from the BB18 jury would be coming up after the break.

In what might have been the juiciest moment from this particular Big Brother 18 recap, a huge argument between Da’Vonne Rogers and Paulie Calafiore took place in the BB18 jury house. Da’Vonne first reacted when Paulie was putting down another woman in the BB18 house, which led to Da’Vonne pointing out that Paulie was willing to insult women but would never “step up” to a man like that. Paulie really crossed the line when he brought up Da’Vonne’s daughter and production had to step in to keep Da’Vonne from really hurting him.

The jury segment took up a lot of time, but it certainly proved to be good for television. Social media was exploding with comments about Paulie and Da’Vonne, as well as the entrance that Victor Arroyo made to join the group. There were quite a few moments where people talked about Nicole Franzel and how they were surprised she had made it this far in the game. There was also a moment where Michelle Meyer once again showed her disdain for Nicole by drawing a snake with Nicole’s head on it.

This is the portion of the September 14 Big Brother 18 recap where the Veto competition plays out in the BB18 house. Paul Abrahamian, Nicole Franzel, James Huling, and Corey Brooks all participated in what would be the final Veto competition of the summer. Each houseguest knew how important it was to win this competition, with Nicole and Corey knowing it was the only way they could ensure that both members of the showmance made it to the final three. It wasn’t in the cards for them, as Paul emerged as the winner of the Power of Veto.
After discussing with James how he wanted the nominations to stay the same and James offering to vote any way that Paul wanted him to, the Veto ceremony took place. Paul decided not to use the Veto, meaning James would vote to send either Nicole or Corey to the BB18 jury. James voted to evict Corey, meaning the final three for this season are Paul Abrahamian, James Huling, and Nicole Franzel. That brings an end to the September 14 Big Brother 18 recap, with the final three now decided.
Part one of the final HOH competition will play out on the live feeds, with more Big Brother 18 spoilers to come out overnight about how it has progressed. Another report by the Inquisitr can be found here that will provide live updates.
