Todd Chrisley Reveals Huge Information On Custody Battle For Their Granddaughter Chloe

If you watch the show Chrisley Knows Best, then you realize that Todd and Julie’s granddaughter Chloe hasn’t been seen on the show lately. Chloe is an adorable little girl, and the fans love getting to see her. Radar Online is now sharing that Todd is speaking out about their custody battle with Chloe and how things are going now. Todd is completely taking Chloe off of the air, which fans are going to hate, but they understand why.

Since 2014, Todd and Julie Chrisley have been the ones who have custody of Chloe. This is a long time for her to live with them. Their son Kyle had a mental breakdown, and at the time, the court gave custody of his daughter to Todd and Julie. Kyle has been getting better, but the custody of Chloe hasn’t changed over the years.

Back in 2015, Kyle requested for Chloe not to appear on the reality television show anymore, but Todd kept her on the show anyway. Since then, the court ruling has changed, and they said that Chloe could still be on the show, but Kyle Chrisley would need to get her a paycheck for it. Of course, Todd is not okay with this ruling.

Todd spoke out and shared, “Kyle wanted to get paid, or he was threatening to sue the network. There was no other choice than to pull her from the show.”

This way, Kyle can’t sue the network or get paid for Chloe’s time on the show.

After that, Todd went on to explain more about his decision.

“At the end of the day, we had to do what was best for Chloe. We did not want to drag her through all this and there was no way that we were going to pay Kyle a penny. Listen, we would love to have Chloe back on the show. Chloe absolutely knows that she is no longer a part of the TV show because she asked me, ‘Papa, why am I not on the show anymore?'”

When it comes to custody of Chloe, Todd shared that nothing has changed, and it won’t either. He doesn’t speak to his son Kyle at all, but Todd and Julie will continue to raise Chloe and give her all of the love in the world. Fans just won’t get to see it all go down on the series. Hopefully, things will change in the future when Chloe is older, but for now, this is the way it has to be.

Radar Online shared back in March that Todd and Kyle Chrisley were battling it out in court over if Chloe would be on the show or not.

Originally, the judge said that “all legal decisions related to Chloe were to be discussed with Chloe’s parents, Todd and Julie, and in the event of a disagreement between the parties related to a legal decision, Todd would have the final decision making authority.”

Now, that is not the case, so things had to change. At the time, Chloe’s mom, Alexus Whibley, said that this wasn’t true, and Chloe wouldn’t be on the show anymore, but Todd said that wasn’t true. Sadly, because of this new decision by the judge, Chloe won’t be able to be filmed at all this season.
