Is Kylie Jenner Engaged? Tyga Wants Her Family To Stay Out Of Their Relationship

Kylie Jenner and Tyga have been facing reports of an engagement for the past several weeks, but currently, they are not yet engaged.

Although Kylie Jenner and her on-again, off-again boyfriend aren’t yet planning to get married, the 19-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star and cosmetics mogul appears to be open to the idea, much to the dismay of her famous family.

“Kim, and all the Kardashians, really, for then most part have been kind to Tyga,” a source told Hollywood Life on September 13. “But that said, he would really appreciate if they would stay the f**k out of he and [Kylie Jenner]’s relationship.”

“Tyga and [Kylie Jenner] are one!” the source continued. “Things are really heating up between them and their passion is just as electric as Kim and Kanye’s. The more the Kardashian gang is in Kylie’s ear, throwing salt on Tyga, the more it’s going to push Kylie away!”

Kylie Jenner and Tyga split last fall after several months of dating but got back together just days later. Then, in May of this year, they briefly parted ways again. However, after embarking on relationships with other people, including PartyNextDoor and Demi Rose Mawby, respectively, Kylie Jenner and Tyga confirmed in June that their romance was back on.

Since rekindling their relationship, Kylie Jenner and Tyga have appeared to be stronger than ever and although Tyga continues to be faced with financial turmoil due to the repossession of at least one vehicle and past due balances on homes he has rented, Jenner has stuck by him. In fact, Kylie Jenner has been incredibly generous with Tyga and recently surprised him with a Bentley.

Weeks after Kylie Jenner’s pricey gift to her boyfriend of at least one year, a report claimed her sister, Kim Kardashian, was warning her about getting married at a young age.

“Kim is advising [Kylie Jenner] to pump the brakes on an engagement, and urging her not to follow in her footsteps when it comes to getting married at a young age,” another insider explained to Hollywood Life this week. “Kim is proud of everything Kylie has accomplished in life, and has been warning her that she can continue to have a wonderful life and a healthy relationship without being engaged or married to Tyga, 26.”

While Kardashian surely has Kylie Jenner’s best interest in mind, Jenner may not be on board with slowing things down with Tyga.

“Kylie is stubborn,” the source said. “On the one hand, she respects Kim and her advice, but on the other, she wants to be free to make her own choices.”

While Kylie Jenner and Tyga are keeping things casual between them at the moment, the future may include a proposal and Jenner is looking forward to it. After sharing a photo of a diamond ring given to her by Tyga earlier this week, Jenner told fans, “If this is my promise ring I wanna know what my engagement ring gonna look like.”

For the past week, Kylie Jenner and Tyga have been enjoying their time in New York City, where Fashion Week is currently underway. In addition to being spotted in the front row at a handful of shows, Kylie Jenner and Tyga have been seen out together and with Jenner’s sister, Kendall.
