Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann Face Divorce Rumors, Possibly Returning To ‘Real Housewives Of Atlanta’?

Kim Zolciak and her husband, Kroy Biermann, are facing rumors of an impending divorce following Biermann’s release from the Buffalo Bills.

Just weeks into his contract with the New York-based team, Biermann, who had previously played for the Atlanta Falcons, was cut and thrown into a broad mix of free agents. Days later, an outlet questioned whether or not Kim Zolciak would remain married to the athlete, who has fathered four of her six children.

“Headed for divorce?” asks a September 13 headline shared by Radar Online.

Luckily, the answer to that question appears to be, “No.”

During an appearance at Sherri Hill’s fashion show on Monday, Kim Zolciak spoke to the outlet and said that while her husband, Biermann, was supposed to be by her side, he decided to take a flight out of the Big Apple prior to the event.

“He’s got a lot going on with football,” Kim Zolciak explained of her husband’s absence. “Kroy has been in the league for so long and he wants to find the perfect fit for him and kind of what works for him and our family. He’s been with the same team for so long so this is a big change, but he’s excited.”

Kim Zolciak and her family, including her six kids, are returning to Bravo tomorrow night for the fifth season of Don’t Be Tardy. The show, which was spun off of The Real Housewives of Atlanta years ago, started off as a wedding special for Zolciak and Biermann before being turned into a hit series.

During the new season, Kim Zolciak’s oldest daughter, Brielle, will be seen traveling to Los Angeles in hopes of making a career for herself in entertainment. Meanwhile, Kim Zolciak and her husband, Biermann, are once again contemplating the idea of welcoming another child into their already large family. However, while Zolciak appears to be on board with the idea, her health has become a concern.

As fans may recall, Kim Zolciak signed on to appear on Dancing with the Stars at the end of last year but after suffering a mini-stroke amid production on the ABC series, Zolciak was forced to withdraw.

“It was a blessing in disguise,” Kim Zolciak said during an appearance on Good Morning America after the incident took place. “The minor TIA revealed that I have a PFO, which is like a hole in your heart. I was born with it and it never closed. That’s what caused it, basically.”

Kim Zolciak also said at the time that she was able to dance, she just wasn’t cleared to fly, which prevented her from tending to the required filming sessions.

“I feel like they could’ve done something via satellite. They’ve made exceptions in the past… I tried to kind of get an answer because I really do love the show. I love everybody — the producers, the casting directors all kind of fought for me, but in the end it was the lawyers that made the decision,” she explained.

In other Kim Zolciak news, there have been tons of rumors swirling in regard to her possible return to The Real Housewives of Atlanta. However, despite NeNe Leakes’ claim that she had been asked to be a part of Season 9, Zolciak has insisted that is not the case.
