‘The Vampire Diaries’ Season 8 Promo: Will Bonnie Join Stefan In The Search For Damon And Enzo? [Spoilers]
The Vampire Diaries Season 8 will air soon, which means fans are getting regular doses of sneak peek clips, spoilers, and cast interviews. Recently, an extended promo was released. It shows Stefan Salvatore asking Bonnie Bennett an important question. It is regarding Damon and if she will help look for the missing vampire.

Recently, a sneak peek clip of The Vampire Diaries was released. The video features Damon Salvatore (Ian Somerhalder) and his brother, Stefan (Paul Wesley). It seems that eventually, the siblings cross paths. Stefan doesn’t like what he is seeing, but is there anything he can do about it? The extended promo for Season 8 was uploaded to YouTube and is a longer version of that clip. It includes a few extra scenes, and one of those includes Bonnie (Kat Graham).
Out in the woods, Stefan asks Bonnie if she will join him in searching for Damon and Enzo (Michael Malarkey). He makes it clear that any clue that is found, they must follow it like it will lead to the missing vampires. The desperation in Stefan’s voice is clear. Bonnie agrees without hesitating, but she doesn’t look too hopeful. In fact, The Vampire Diaries character looks exhausted, both emotionally and physically.
TVD fans knew she would agree. After all, Bonnie lost Enzo, the love of her life. She also lost Damon, who was her best friend and then had her magic disappear all at the same time. It is a lot for anyone to go through, especially at once. However, Bonnie is also one of the strongest characters on The CW series. If anyone can get through this, it is her.

As previously reported by The Inquisitr, all hope will not be lost for Enzo on The Vampire Diaries. It is being stated that he will leave bread crumbs for Bonnie to follow. This is Enzo’s way of leading her to his location. However, what exactly will Bonnie find if and when they catch up with the homicidal vampires? Does Enzo’s darkness run as deep as Damon’s? Is the creature totally in control, or are there still some parts of Damon and Enzo left?
In Season 8, expect the creature to tap into Damon and Enzo’s darkest secrets, even the ones they thought were hidden away and forgotten about. The monster uses this knowledge to somehow control its victims. As all TVD fans know, Damon is filled with a lot of darkness, especially in his past. Losing Elena Gilbert (Nina Dobrev) didn’t make things any easier. Executive producer Julie Plec spoke about Damon Salvatore‘s darkness to TVLine.
“This dark turn is different [from previous ones] because of the reason why Damon is dark and how he feels about where he is in his life. This isn’t the Damon who’s in it for the thrill and the wicked perverse pleasure; he’s doing this for a reason.”
That reason is most likely Elena, which would create a great opening for Dobrev’s return to The Vampire Diaries. However, what does that mean for Kat Graham’s character? Will Bonnie die so Elena can come back and save Damon? That’s what some fans believe and with TVD, anything is possible.
Other spoilers include “Steroline” leaning on one another for support. That means Stefan and Caroline Forbes (Candice King) should be just fine. As for Alaric (Matt Davis), he might have someone new in his life soon. The nanny of his daughters may end up becoming a love interest for him.
