Kim Kardashian Tells Kylie Jenner Not To Marry Tyga, Source Reports

Those pesky rumors that Kylie Jenner and Tyga are getting married simply won’t go away, and now one source is reporting that Kylie’s older sister is throwing her advice into the mix.

An unnamed source reportedly told Hollywood Life that Kim Kardashian is totally against Kylie Jenner marrying Tyga. That’s because, the unnamed source reported, Kim K knows all too well what it’s like to get married at the age of 19.

“Kim is advising Kylie to pump the brakes on an engagement, and urging her not to follow in her footsteps when it comes to getting married at a young age.”

Kardashian got married to her first husband, music producer Damon Thomas, when she was just 19-years-old. Recent rumors have indicated that Kylie may already be married to Tyga — or that the couple may be engaged. Like Kim at the time of her first marriage, Kylie also is 19-years-old.

And according to the unnamed source for Hollywood Life, Kardashian is making an effort to ensure that Kylie doesn’t make the same relationship mistakes.

The celebrity news outlet reported that the elder Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is proud of her little sisters accomplishments, and Kim reportedly wants to see Kylie continue to grow without a commitment to her 26-year-old rapper boyfriend.

“Kim is proud of everything Kylie has accomplished in life, and has been warning her that she can continue to have a wonderful life and a healthy relationship without being engaged or married to Tyga.”

Kardashian and Thomas eloped in 2000 and Thomas eventually filed for divorce in 2003. The split was messy and eventually turned public, with each side alleging that they were not at fault for the split. Kim Kardashian alleges that Thomas was physically and verbally abusive, which he emphatically denies, while Thomas alleges that Kardashian cheated on him. Kim also denies the rumors, saying that she never cheated on Damon Thomas.

In 2010, shortly after their divorce papers were leaked, Thomas spoke to In Touch about his time with Kim Kardashian, calling her “obsessed with fame.”

“She can’t write or sing or dance, so she does harmful things in order to validate herself in the media.”

Obviously, the relationship between Kim Kardashian and her ex is contentious, and Kim simply doesn’t want to see the same thing happen to her youngest sister. But according to the unnamed source for Hollywood Life, Kylie Jenner is “stubborn” and just not that into letting her older sister impact her decisions.

“Kylie is stubborn. On the one hand, she respects Kim and her advice, but on the other, she wants to be free to make her own choices.”

Jenner has been sporting a huge diamond ring on her ring finger for quite some time, though sources are reporting that the diamond is a promise ring instead of an engagement ring. The relationship between Kylie and Tyga has always been tumultuous, though it’s obvious that Kyga has been heating up as of late.

A potential engagement is a total reversal from their positions in May, which is when Jenner and the “Rack City” rapper most recently split. At the time, the youngest KUWTK star and Tyga claimed that they were finished for good, though in June they were spotted together again. All reports indicate that the couple has been together ever since. In total, Kylie and Tyga’s on-again-off-again relationship has spanned more than two years. The marriage rumors have been going on for just about as long.
