‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Phyllis Admits To Jack She’s Been Lying, Dylan Keeps Digging, And Jill Faces A Crisis

The Young and the Restless spoilers detail that things will be intense during Friday’s episode. Viewers were left with a tease regarding Adam at the end of Thursday’s show, but it looks like other storylines will be the primary focus during the September 9 episode. What can everybody expect?

Billy and Phyllis made love at the cabin and admitted that they want to be together, but she suggested that the only viable path was to continue to keep their love a secret. They arrived at the Top of the Tower together where Jack and the others were gathered after the memorial service.

The Young and the Restless spoilers from SheKnows Soaps note that Jill will criticize Phyllis for not being supportive of Jack, and she tears into her for clearly having just slept with Billy. She’ll note that Ashley is starting to pick up on things as well. Jack will talk with Billy, noting that he is glad his wife was with his brother rather than at the memorial service where she may have done something regretful.

It seems that Billy will have something of a look on his face that makes his brother wonder if his wife has already crossed that line in some way. After Jill and Billy leave, Jack will tell his wife that he knows what’s happening, but he isn’t going to talk to her about it there.The two later meet up at the park, and Young and Restless spoilers reveal that Jack will tell her that he is glad that she has found support and love from Billy since he hasn’t been doing a good job of providing her with what she needs.

Of course, Jack doesn’t realize the full extent of the love and support that Billy has been giving Phyllis, and Young and Restless spoilers indicate that they will both get emotional as they discuss this. He brings up how she surely thinks of Marco when she looks at him and he pleads with her not to give up on their marriage. It seems that Phyllis will mention feeling guilty, and she soon exclaims that she has been lying to him. Is she about to finally come clean about her affair with his brother?

Abby and Stitch have been struggling ever since her miscarriage, although they had been rebuilding their relationship relatively well for a bit. However, they have had a hard time getting on the same page about having another baby and both have clearly been feeling quite stressed. The Young and the Restless spoilers share that Abby will connect with him and talk about the memorial service, and he notes that there is something else they need to talk about. However, Dylan interrupts and notes that he needs Stitch’s help.

Paul may have said that the case into Adam’s death was closed as the DNA found at the scene indicated that Newman died there, but Dylan feels certain that there is more to the situation. The Young and the Restless spoilers detail that Dylan will ask Stitch to redo the DNA analysis, believing that things came together too quickly. Later, Paul catches up to Dylan and tears into him for continuing to work on the case. In great part, it seems, Paul will voice concern that his son could end up in danger by digging into this.

Luca was last seen being taken into custody after being exposed for all of his schemes and Soap Central notes that Summer will pay him a visit in jail. The Young and the Restless spoilers note that he will tell her how much he loved her, but Summer calls him out on playing her as a way to get to her family and the company. Luca apologizes and says that he was using her initially, but he did fall in love with her. He regrets what he did, and she will admit that she can’t hate him. By all accounts, however, this is the last that viewers will be seeing of Luca.

Sharon will be quite frazzled during Friday’s show, telling Mariah how worried she is about Dylan pushing Victor’s buttons. The Young and the Restless spoilers detail that Sharon will worry that somehow this situation will lead to the truth about Christian being exposed. While Mariah tries to calm her mother down, Sharon remains concerned and fairly frantic. Stitch will soon arrive and when Dylan returns home, he overhears his wife asking Stitch not to help with the case.

Dylan will interrupt the conversation and Young and Restless spoilers indicate that Stitch will reveal that the new test results are consistent with the initial DNA results, indicating that Adam did truly die in the cabin explosion. Dylan will push back against this, questioning whether Stitch really had the sample tested, and he later argues with Sharon about whether Victor is a danger to them.

Summer and Abby will spend some time catching up and Abby will admit that her marriage is in a rocky place. The Young and the Restless spoilers note that Abby will talk about how they are both struggling and about how difficult things have been since the miscarriage. Mariah will arrive and trade some barbs with Summer, and later, Abby and Stitch reconnect. He will surprise her by telling her that he feels he is now ready to try for another baby.

Jill is said to track down Billy and Young and Restless spoilers detail that they will argue over Phyllis. He is angry with Jill for her blackmail scheme and he tells her to stay out of his personal business. He will bring up some of the mistakes she has made in the past and insist that what he has with Phyllis is real. However, Jill is less than supportive and he yells at her to walk away like she always does.

As the two argue, Jill will get increasingly emotional, ranting about how this affair could destroy the family. The Young and the Restless spoilers note that she will cry out, and teasers for Monday’s show reveal that she will appear to be having a medical crisis. However, Billy will initially think she is faking it. Is Jill really in trouble here?

Will Dylan’s determination regarding the investigation into Adam’s supposed death lead to problems with Victor and trouble for Sharon? Is Phyllis finally going to come clean to Jack about her affair? Will Abby and Stitch survive as a couple?

Viewers are quite anxious to see more regarding the mystery person who had Adam’s wedding ring, as many feel certain that he will have survived the explosion. However, Justin Hartley has confirmed that he has left the role, and there is no word on a recast as of yet. The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that there are big moments ahead, though, and fans will not want to miss where things head next.
