‘Big Brother 18’ Schedule: Live Feeds Going Down In ‘BB18’ House, Thursday Episode Canceled

Big Brother 18 schedule news reveals that the live feeds inside the BB18 house will be going down for a while. CBS has also altered much of the coming summer schedule, with fall NFL games cutting into some of the nights. The Thursday, September 8, episode will serve as the last Thursday night show of the season. The main website for Big Brother 18 is also advertising a free month of the online feeds as a way to stir up additional interest for the coming fall installment. Whether that’s a good move with a lot of downtime in the current season coming is another question.

There are just six episodes left this summer, with six contestants still competing for the $500,000 prize. On Thursday night (September 8), another houseguest will get sent to the BB18 jury, leaving just five people in the house for the final two weeks. There are Big Brother 18 spoilers that point to who the final five houseguests are going to be as well. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Natalie Negrotti is expected to be the sixth member of the BB18 jury, with the house deciding to unanimously evict her during the next “live” episode.

Paul Abrahamian, Victor Arroyo, Nicole Franzel, Corey Brooks, and James Huling look to be the final five that have a shot at appearing on the season finale (September 21). Among those players are some of the fan favorites from the 2016 installment, giving fans something to look forward to as the days click down. This will be the longest season in the history of the show, with the houseguests completing 100 days when they get that final meeting with Julie Chen later in September.

It means that there are going to be several evictions in the coming week, with the BB18 house likely seeing its numbers get down to the final three by the Wednesday, September 14, episode. This means that a lot of taped footage is going to be gathered by the producers of the show, with some of the evictions getting taped in different days than the schedule would typically indicate. The downside, though, is that there are going to be a lot of blackout times on the feeds, where producers turn off the cameras in order to tape events taking place in the game. It’s something they do a lot, but likely more often in the final two weeks of this season.
