Linda Hamilton, of Terminator fame, sold her luxurious Malibu home for $4 million. The actress initially listed the home for $5,495,000 in February. In the current real estate market, the asking price is rarely ever the same as the closing price. Hamilton’s home encompassed 4,800-square feet, and boasted five bedrooms, and four bathrooms.
