Fifth Harmony’s Camila Cabello Accused Of Pushing Lauren Jauregui During Concert [Video]
Fifth Harmony fans are flocking to social media to accuse Camila Cabello of pushing bandmate Lauren Jauregui during a recent concert.
A number of the band’s fans took to social media to claim that Cabello appeared to push Lauren during a recent stop on the band’s “7/27 Tour,” just minutes before Camila left the stage and failed to return to close out the girls’ set.
Footage captured by a concertgoer appears to show Camila touching Lauren on the shoulder while performing at Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre, Missouri, on September 2, though some fans claimed that the seemingly innocent tap was actually more of a push.
Fifth Harmony fan @salutecamila uploaded footage of the incident to social media, where Cabello can clearly be seen making contact with Lauren during a performance of the 7/27 album track “I Lied.”
While Jauregui didn’t appear to be too shocked after Cabello grazed her shoulder, a number of social media users accused Camila of pushing Lauren out of the way as she took to center stage during Fifth Harmony’s performance.
“Camila literally kicked her out of the middle [shaking my head]” Fifth Harmony fan @finah wrote, even adding the hashtag #GetWellSoonLauren.
“Camila is a MONSTER! I hope Lauren is doing okay after that push” @kyIieskordei added.
But while some Fifth Harmony fans were quick to accuse Cabello of pushing her Fifth Harmony bandmate during the show, others defended the move on social media, denying that it was a deliberate shove.
“Camila extended her arm out and MAYBE bumped Lauren on the shoulder. It’s probably the angle that made it look like she ‘pushed’ her,” Twitter user @camilasglory commented on the video that made its way around social media, while @ssweetxserenity added, “Camila just nudged Lauren she didn’t push her okay? Stop being so dramatic. #GetWellSoonLauren.”Fifth Harmony update account @5HRumorPatrol also denied the rumors, claiming that those accusing Camila of pushing her Fifth Harmony bandmate are “100% false” and untrue. “Confirmed by multiple people that never happened,” the Twitter user added.
But while fans speculate over whether or not Camila did actually push her Fifth Harmony bandmate, there’s no doubting that the band’s September 2 stop in Missouri was rife with drama.
It was at the same show that Cabello mysteriously left the stage part way through the set, failing to return to perform one of Fifth Harmony’s biggest hits, “Work From Home,” with her bandmates and sparking breakup rumors.
According to Rolling Stone, Camila offered an explanation for her absence toward the end of Fifth Harmony’s show on social media as the push rumors swirled, telling fans via Snapchat that she was suffering from crippling anxiety that left her unable to finish the show.
“Hi Missouri, sorry I couldn’t finish the set last night,” Camila told Fifth Harmony fans in a video posted to the social media site. “Was having too much anxiety and couldn’t finish it… I’m truly sorry.”

The Fifth Harmony star was able to overcome her anxiety and performed with her bandmates on September 4 in Dallas, Texas, but took to Snapchat again following the girl’s show on September 5 to reveal that a fan actually threw his I.D. card at her.
Following Fifth Harmony’s performance at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in The Woodlands, Texas, Cabello posted a photo of the lost I.D. card to Snapchat and asked the fan why they threw the card at her during the band’s concert.
“Sean Michael why did you throw your license at me at the concert?” Cabello asked the Fifth Harmony concertgoer. “I left it at the lost and found.”
