Tamar Braxton Urged To Divorce Husband Vince Herbert After Domestic Dispute
Tamar Braxton is being urged to leave her husband of eight years, Vince Herbert, following reports of a domestic dispute.
After Bossip alleged last week than Braxton and Herbert got into a domestic dispute during a trip to Atlanta, a number of Braxton’s fans flocked to social media to urge her to leave and potentially divorce her husband should the accusations of domestic abuse turn out to be true.
“Tamar should LEAVE Vince. I can’t stand her but the way he talks to her and treats her on the reality show. The levels of emotional abuse,” @chasemylovex tweeted out in the wake of the domestic dispute reports.
“TMZ got that 911 call from Tamar. Welp. She really needs to leave him. It’s been rumored that Vince has been abusive for years,” @AmazonCan speculated.
But while some fans urged Tamar to leave Vince amid swirling rumors claiming that a divorce could be in the cards for the couple, others took to the social media site to stand behind the Braxton Family Values reality stars and their marriage of eight years.
“There’s always a new story that doesn’t even add up EVERY other day,” Braxton fan @Love__fmm wrote as divorce rumors swirled. “Leave that couple alone d***. Tamar and Vince really need to sue.”
“Ima need y’all to leave Vince and Tamar alone,” @Kandyapple089 also wrote on the 140-chracter site following the domestic dispute and divorce allegations. “Let them figure out their relationship gosh!!!”
But despite her fans various social media messages, Braxton is making it pretty clear that she has no plans to divorce Vince anytime soon.
Tamar Braxton addressed the domestic dispute reports for the first time while talking to awaiting paparazzi at the airport last week, where she told fans to take “several seats” when it comes to discussing her and Vince Herbert’s marriage.
“Just because somebody says something doesn’t make it law,” Tamar said in a candid video uploaded to Instagram by Braxton fan @TamarHQ when asked about her recent marriage drama. “I’m not even [trying to] defend my relationship to anybody. Ever. This is a marriage,” she said.
“This is not my baby daddy. This is not my boyfriend. We don’t live together. This is my husband for 13 years,” Tamar continued in the clip, discussing the current status of her relationship with Herbert and suggesting that a divorce is definitely not in the cards. “So everybody else can have several seats.”
Braxton was then asked to confirm if she and Herbert are “happy” around one week after the domestic dispute is reported to have taken place, to which Tamar replied in regards to her marriage, “God is good.”
TMZ also published audio of the 911 call from the incident, where a male voice can be heard telling the operator that Tamar had been bitten and also confirmed that Vince had already fled the scene following the incident.
But despite the reports of biting, which have not been confirmed by Braxton and Herbert, Daily Mail confirmed that police responded to the incident but determined that no crime had been committed and categorized the incident as being a verbal dispute.
