‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Ava Jerome Is Playing With Fire — Will She Eventually Get Burned?

Plenty of drama took place on General Hospital last week, and even though Labor Day is expected to be an encore episode, viewers are looking forward to see what happens the rest of the week. With Paul Hornsby revealed as the serial killer, Hayden being arrested for Liz’s attempted murder, and Nina going a little crazy over her baby situation, there are lots ahead on the soap. There is also one link between these story lines, and that person is Ava Jerome.

While everyone thought that maybe she was going soft, it looks like the old Ava is back. She had been on the road to staying out of trouble so that she could be a better mom to Kiki and Avery. However, Ava Jerome just can’t stay good for very long. According to General Hospital spoilers put out by Soaps She Knows, this week will have the consequences of what she did with Morgan Corinthos’ medications come to light.

In an effort to make Kiki see that she doesn’t belong with Morgan, Ava has switched up his bipolar meds and the results could be deadly. It will definitely have Kiki backing away from the Corinthos boy, but Ava Jerome may get more than she bargained for as Morgan starts acting erratically. This is not good as Morgan almost jumped off the hospital ledge a few months back before he got his medications in order.

Something could happen to her daughter Kiki over this whole thing, not to mention that her other daughter, Avery, is living in the Corinthos house. In her need to control Kiki’s life, she may just put many lives in danger. If Sonny ever finds out about what Ava did to his son, she better find a safe place to run because he will be furious, as noted by Celebrity Dirty Laundry.

General Hospital fans may agree that Ava Jerome is better at being bad rather than being good, but some on social media also think that having her mess with someone’s mental disorder is going way too far. This story line is not the only one that she has been heavily involved with. She is also messing with Nina Clay and Paula Hornsby.

Now that Paul has been outed as the hospital serial killer, Ava is the only one in Port Charles who knows the truth. But instead of going to the cops, she is blackmailing him. She is skating on thin ice with Paul as he could do away with her very easily. Remember that he did shoot Kyle Sloane with no problem and he has been going around with a syringe offing patients at the hospital. He almost injected Monica Quartermaine as well, but thankfully she is fine for now.

If these two situations were not enough to land Ava Jerome in hot water, she also made Nina extremely upset and angry over her baby situation. Ava just happened to be strolling along in the park at the same time that Nina was chatting with a young pregnant girl on adopting her baby. Of course, Ava had to let this girl know what a monster Nina was and told her to run far away and never let Nina near her child. That set off an angry confrontation between the two women. Would Nina now want revenge if she doesn’t get the baby she craves?

If the General Hospital rumors are true, Kiki could possibly be Nina’s child and not Ava’s daughter, which would be a sweet revenge for sure. Could this be the set up for this to be revealed soon?

Ava Jerome has been one busy bee on General Hospital. She has been involved in these major story lines and additionally had been the one who got the whole Liz-Hayden showdown started over the diamonds that Elizabeth has in her possession. You really can’t even put it past Ava to have been the one who pushed Liz down the stairs. It is unlikely, but you just never know about her. If Liz is stuck in the hospital and Hayden is in jail, she would be free to find those diamonds. But then again, she was quite busy finding out that Paul was killing people.

All of these situations have Ava’s life in danger. She loves playing with fire, but one of these days it may come back to burn her badly.
