Angelina Jolie Desperate To Avoid Divorce From Brad Pitt
The rumors continue to fly involving Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s reported rocky patch in their marriage which has Jolie desperate to find a bit of spark for their relationship to avoid a split.
It’s clear that the union between Pitt and Jolie is not typical, and the A-list stars certainly have a reputation to uphold as Hollywood’s “golden couple.” Both Jolie and Pitt have earned themselves critical acclaim over their decades as leading stars, yet recently, neither one has been the lead in any hit films. Angelina has taken to being a director of her projects as well as working tirelessly as a UN ambassador mainly focusing on the refugee crisis. In addition, the couple are raising six children. Despite not starring in any hits lately, Brad and Angelina maintain the attention of the media and are under constant pressure to keep up appearances. This task is likely exhausting if there are, in fact, troubles in the marriage.
What likely fuels the rumors, is that unlike George and Amal Clooney or Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux, it is rare that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are spotted on a date night or out in one another’s company during the day unless the kids are in tow. Apparently, the couple is attempting to fix this fact and take time away from their clan for the purpose of reconnecting.

The tabloids are focusing on Jolie’s desperation to preserve a loving relationship, yet both Brad and Angelina made an attempt recently by taking a night away from their six children. An insider spoke about what was witnessed when the two were spotted out together this past week.
“It was just the two of them. They had dinner and spent the night, and that was it. They left the next day.”
Celebrity Dirty Laundry points the finger at Jolie for being completely obsessed with maintaining her perfect public image.
“Whether or not their night of passion worked remains to be seen. Of course, Angelina Jolie’s obsession with her public image has no doubt caused friction for the couple. Angelina Jolie’s competitive nature means she always needs the spotlight on her, whether she’s on the red carpet or on secret overseas trips making statements about the ongoing refugee crisis in the Middle East and Africa.”
The publication goes as far to say that now that Jolie’s Hollywood career is slowing down, all the beauty has left is public opinion, which is why she’s holding on so tightly to her marriage to Brad. The star is clearly a fighter and will work to get her relationship back on track with the actor.
As for Brad Pitt, he has made tabloid headlines for reported flirtation and allegations of a romance with recent co-star Marion Cotillard. Crew members stated that he and Marion had incredible chemistry, to the point that it appeared to be more than an onscreen connection. These rumors were stamped out as false shortly after.

It is easy to believe Pitt may be engaging in affairs with his co-stars seeing as it was during filming for Mr & Mrs. Smith that Brad and Angelina first began their affair that led to the split between Brad and then-wife Jennifer Aniston.
Following, there was a bit of backlash against Brad and Angelina, but the two built up their reputation to the point that they gained respect despite the infidelity that led to the demise of marriage with Jen. Since then, Jen has moved on and is currently married to actor and screenwriter Justin Theroux. The two recently celebrated their one-year anniversary, as Entertainment Tonight reported, and keep a low profile while enjoying their life as husband and wife.
