Ariana Grande’s ‘Dangerous Woman Tour’ Delayed? When Will She Finally Drop Tour Dates?
Ariana Grande is giving fans an update on her much-anticipated “Dangerous Woman Tour.”
Fans have been urging the star to drop her upcoming tour dates for months now, but are still waiting for Ariana to reveal when she’ll be hitting the road, despite the star previously teasing that her tour dates would drop before the end of August.
Grande’s fans flocked to social media to urge the “Side To Side” singer to finally reveal her all-important tour dates to the world as August drew to a close, to which Ariana responded with an update on her 2017 tour schedule.
According to Teen Vogue, after Ariana’s followers made it pretty clear that they were ready for the “Dangerous Woman Tour” dates to finally drop, Grande took to Snapchat to reveal that the dates still weren’t ready.

“Babes, I have been working endlessly to get these dates to you,” Grande told her followers in a message posted to Snapchat. “They are coming before the end of the summer. Just need a little more time.”
“You know how seriously I take what I say to you all so I had to apologize since there’s only 2 days left in August and we are still finalising the routing,” Grande continued on August 30, confirming that her 2017 “Dangerous Woman Tour” dates would not be released before the end of August.
Ariana’s fans had a mixed response to the news that tour dates were still be kept under wraps for now, with some joking that they were happy with the delay, leaving them more time to save up to buy concert tickets.
“Ariana can take all her time for these tour dates. I still have to gather my coins,” Grande fan @ButeraDemetria joked.
But others weren’t quite so understanding.

“Waiting on Ariana’s tour dates… still waiting… yeah still waiting,” @ArianatorIsland tweeted out.
It’s not clear exactly what’s been holding up Ariana’s plans to hit the road, though there’s been much speculation as to why Grande’s 2017 tour dates are still yet to be released.
Hollywood Life speculated that Ariana Grande’s tour could have encountered a delay because of Ariana’s newfound romance with rapper Mac Miller, suggesting that now that the twosome, who collaborated on Ariana’s hit “The Way,” could be touring together and are now finalizing the details.
Perez Hilton also speculated on the “Dangerous Woman Tour” dates delay, claiming earlier this month that Grande’s upcoming tour could potentially have been pushed back because Ariana and her team are allegedly having trouble finding a promoter.
Speaking out about Ariana’s upcoming “Dangerous Woman Tour” in a podcast, Perez claimed that promoters were reluctant to get onboard with Grande’s upcoming shows because they supposedly feared that Ariana would be unable to sell out larger venues.“I’m hearing that [Ariana] and her new team… want to go and do arenas again,” Hilton alleged of Grande’s plans in his podcast, The PHP: Perez Hilton Podcast, earlier this year.
“So if she’s not going to do arenas again, that means something’s wrong,” the blogger continued of Ariana’s upcoming tour, claiming that promoters aren’t willing to back an arena tour and supposedly believe Grande should play smaller venues when she hits the road next year.
“I’m hearing that there is resistance among promoters to back an arena tour with Ariana,” Hilton claimed. “They don’t think it will sell.”
Ariana and her team have not commented on the delay reports, though Grande has been promising her tour, and the release of her tour dates, for months now.Grande first told fans about her plans to tour back in May, giving away a ticket pre-sale code for her upcoming string of shows to fans who pre-ordered Dangerous Woman via her official website.
“I want you to be the first to know that I’m going on tour end of this year/early next year!” Ariana told fans. “Details are still being finalized but I want to give you the chance to get the tickets before anyone else.”
