‘Big Brother 18’ Spoilers: Care Package Gets Used, ‘BB18’ House Has A Bribe In Play
Big Brother 18 spoilers from late Wednesday (August 31) include the Care Package getting used. The BB18 house has had four prior Care Packages assigned by America, but this was the most open-ended one of the season. Corey Brooks was given the ability to bribe another houseguest with $5,000 to do any one thing that could benefit Corey’s game. After a lot of debate between Corey and Nicole Franzel about how it would work and how he should use it, a report from Joker’s Updates reveals that it has finally been put into play.
Late on Wednesday evening, Corey Brooks was seen offering the bribe money to Victor Arroyo. The guys had a moment that was displayed on the CBS live feeds, with Victor almost getting moved to tears about receiving the $5,000. The task he has to complete isn’t that difficult, but Corey and Nicole felt that it was the best way to ensure that the upcoming eviction vote was going to go in their favor. A lot of paranoia has consumed Nicole over the past week, with the current Head of Household courting thoughts that Victor was going to team up with Natalie Negrotti and James Huling.

So what do the latest Big Brother 18 spoilers reveal about the Care Package? Victor Arroyo is accepting the $5,000 bribe to vote against Michelle Meyer at the next “live” eviction ceremony. This is what Victor was already going to do, as he has been in on the plan to evict Michelle for a while. The problem was that Nicole Franzel didn’t trust that Victor was going to stick with the plan, fearing that he would instead break his alliance with Paul Abrahamian to team up with Michelle, Natalie Negrotti, and James Huling. Now this is simply an insurance policy.
As per the rules of the bribe, Victor is now required to vote against Michelle on Thursday night (September 2). He isn’t allowed to back out of the deal, or there would be consequences in the game, with the producers possibly removing him from the BB18 house. That won’t be an issue, though, as Victor needs to get Michelle out the house in order to begin the next phase of his plan with Paul. Now the duo wants to win the Head of Household competition and gain the power to decide which duo they want to go to the final four with this summer.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, the plan to evict Michelle Meyer has been in play for a while. This has been mentioned in previous Big Brother 18 spoilers, as Nicole Franzel became very concerned that Michelle would target her if she were to become Head of Household again this summer. By targeting Michelle, it also helped Nicole avoid choosing sides in the BB18 house, leaving open the option to work with either Paul Abrahamian and Victor Arroyo or Natalie Negrotti and James Huling. That choice has been postponed until the final six are left in the game.
If the votes remain the same, Corey Brooks and Victor Arroyo will vote against Michelle Meyer on Thursday night. Natalie Negrotti and James Huling will then vote against Paul Abrahamian, creating a tie that must be broken by the HOH. Nicole Franzel will then send Michelle to the BB18 jury, removing one more obstacle between her and the $500,000 prize for winning the summer 2016 season. It’s not exactly a bold move to target Michelle, but it certainly is one that will remove a lot of drama from the BB18 house and allow Nicole to breathe a bit easier.

With the Care Package now in play, that likely brings an end to the Big Brother 18 spoilers for Week 10. More action could take place following the next HOH competition, though, as the five competitors each know that it is crucial to finish Thursday with power in the BB18 house. So can one of the duos make it all the way to the season finale this year? That quest gets much tougher during the next episode of Big Brother 18, which is scheduled to air at 9 p.m. PT/ET on Thursday, September 1.
