Jamie Dornan Hints That He Goes Full Frontal In ‘Fifty Shades Darker’
The release of Fifty Shades Darker is less than a year away and fans are still wondering if Jamie Dornan goes full frontal in the erotic drama.
While it still isn’t known for sure if Dornan shows the big “D,” the actor recently hinted that fans will see everything in the highly-anticipated sequel.
Australian Network News reports that many fans were disappointed with the lack of sex in Fifty Shades of Grey and felt like it wasn’t a great adaptation of E.L. James’ best-selling novel.
With a new director and writer on board for Fifty Shades Darker, expectations of a steamier flick reached an all-time high.
In fact, while photos of Dornan and Dakota Johnson lounging topless on a beach surfaced, many wondered if Dornan was prepared to go full frontal in the sequel.
Even Dornan himself admitted that things were different with all of the new faces.

“Some elements have shifted somewhat,” Dornan revealed. “But it’s still a lot of the same recurring crew and the actors are the same, much of it doesn’t really change.”
Dornan was reportedly offered a $1.5 million bonus to go fully naked in Fifty Shades Darker. It’s unclear if Dornan accepted the generous offer, though he recently hinted that things got a little crazier than expected on set.
According to Digital Spy, Dornan isn’t really sure if he went full nude on set.
“I can’t even remember [if I went nude],” Dornan said in a Vanity Fair interview. “It was so long ago. Two weeks ago we finished.”
Unfortunately, Dornan went on to share that fans will have to wait until the movie is released to find out about his full frontal.
“The truth is that I don’t know the answer to that,” Dornan admitted. “You’ll have to wait and see.”
Dornan also touched on the double-standard in Hollywood when it comes to actresses getting nude.
“I do think it’s unfair. I understand why women have an issue with that,” he shared. “I know it’s something that a lot of people have an opinion on.”
Of course, Jamie Dornan also believes that the landscape is changing in Hollywood.
“But there’s plenty of male genitalia on show,” he continued. “Orlando Bloom did it today without even needing to. But I understand why. There’s more of an active taste for women to take their clothes off and be seen as a sex object. That can be gratuitous and I don’t agree with that.”

Despite Dornan’s comments about male nudity in films, Celeb Dirty Laundry reports that the actor will not be showing all of himself in Fifty Shades Darker.
If that is the case, then those fans expecting Dornan to show everything are definitely going to be in for another disappointing film in the franchise.
To complicate matters even further, Movie News Guide reports that Dornan recently talked about Bloom’s nudity during an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
While Dornan applauded Bloom for being open about his body, he doesn’t allow himself the same measure of freedom. In fact, the Fifty Shades Darker star admitted that he is only willing to show everything if it is absolutely required of him.
Of course, that doesn’t mean Dornan refused to go full frontal in Fifty Shades Darker. In the end, fans will have to wait until the movie is in theaters to find out the truth.
In addition to Dornan and Johnson reprising their roles as Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele, fans will get to see Kim Basinger as Elena Lincoln, Hugh Dancy (Hannibal) as Dr. John Flynn, and Eric Johnson (The Knick) as Jack Hyde.
Fifty Shades Darker is set to open in theaters on Feb. 10, 2017. Fifty Shades Freed, the final film in the franchise, will premiere in theaters a year later.
