Chace Crawford has revealed that his Gossip Girl co-star has a thing for the elderly, according to the Mirror . The 31-year-old actor talked about one incident that took place during his 30th birthday bash.
Chace Crawford has been keeping this a secret for over a year, and now he has to tell the world: his Gossip Girl co-star, Ed Westwick, has a thing for grandmothers. Crawford revealed that Westwick flirted with his grandmother at his 30th birthday party.
During his recent appearance on The Talk , Chace Crawford revealed that his friends threw him an epic birthday party to celebrate his milestone 30 years, and that party didn’t go smoothly, certainly not for Ed Westwick.

Ed Westwick, who was giving a speech to his former Gossip Girl co-star Chace Crawford during the bash, wanted to embarrass the birthday boy, but ended up embarrassing himself.
“He ended up sort of retrospectively roasting himself and embarrassing himself a little bit but, yeah, he went easy on me.”
Chace Crawford, who is currently promoting his latest movie, Undrafted , revealed that at one point Westwick “grabbed” his grandmother and started dancing with her for 10 minutes.
While Chace Crawford didn’t reveal what exactly Westwick said in the speech that embarrassed him a little bit, his former co-star redeemed himself with that dance.
But The Talk host Sharon Osbourne found something sexual in that story and called Westwick “a naughty boy.”

Chace Crawford was then asked to share his thoughts about being an uncle to nephews Rivers and Hawkins Romo.
“Well my dad just brought Hawkins from Dallas up here [to California] and we went to the pier in Santa Monica and it was great.”
Chace Crawford revealed that every time he gets the chance to, he buys Hawkins his favorite treat, “gummy vitamins.” And there was an incident when Crawford didn’t have any gummy vitamins on him, and Hawkins got upset, asking, “did you not know I was coming?”
“So now I’ve stocked up on gummy vitamins for next time so I’m the best uncle in the world.”
Chace Crawford may be best known for his role on Gossip Girl , but the actor loves baseball more than anything, according to USA Today . The actor, who stars in new baseball comedy Undrafted , revealed he is a “massive Cowboys fan .”
Chace Crawford shared what he doesn’t like about baseball. It’s the fact that it has those boring unspoken, gentlemanly rules. But the former Gossip Girl star wants to make baseball fun again and refers to football as the example.
“That’s part of what makes football exciting is that they can handle the trash talk and the little bit of a celebration. I’m on that bandwagon with making baseball fun again.”
When asked what his motivation was to star in the baseball film Undrafted , which is centered on a college star who gets skipped over at the MLB Draft, Chace Crawford said that it’s because he is “a huge sports fan.”

Chace Crawford added that he grew up “a massive Cowboys fan” and every time he stumbles across a good sports film, he’ll watch it. But the actor admits that there aren’t many good sports movies nowadays.
“The movie is based on the story of director Joseph Mazzello’s brother John and how he didn’t get drafted, but it tells the story in a great way.”
Chace Crawford also said that the baseball film allowed him to do some comedy, which he didn’t have the chance to do on Gossip Girl for its entire seven-year run.
