Melissa Gorga Allegedly Got Physical With Teresa Giudice During ‘RHONJ’ Reunion
The Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion show will bring the drama and maybe even a scuffle or two, if spoiler alerts are accurate. Teresa Giudice will allegedly be in the hot seat during most of the Bravo reality series end of the season get together. If rumors about Melissa Gorga hopping out of her seat and getting physical with her sister-in-law are true, Andy Cohen may have needed body armor to escape the RHONJ drama in one piece. The host has had to be quick on his feet a few times to keep from getting caught in the middle of warring reality show vixens.
Gorga and Giudice appear to have a lot of rage for one another looming just beneath the surface. How much of the anger is real and how much was prompted simply by the desire to get airtime and increase ratings is something viewers will never know.
A Radar Online source claiming to be a Bravo insider had this to say about the outburst between Giudice and Gorga during the Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion show:
“Melissa lost it at the reunion and put her hands on Teresa. Teresa started yelling that she was going to sue Melissa, but has not taken any legal action yet.”
A second Radar Online source referred to as a friend of Giudice’s, had this to say about the birthday party allegations by Gorga:
“This attack supposedly happened at Gia and Milania’s very big, very public, joint birthday party in January. The party was at Space Odyssey, owned by Elvira Grau, who was with Teresa the entire time. Elvira has publicly tweeted that it’s untrue. No one saw them do anything but talk. They didn’t even hug because Melissa was holding her baby, so Teresa just kissed the baby.”
Teresa Giudice had this to say during an interview with the Huffington Post:
“I usually don’t comment on stories about me, but I cannot ignore Melissa Marco’s (Gorga) vicious lie that I assaulted her at my own children’s birthday party while she was holding my baby nephew. It is completely untrue in every way. To make such a horrible accusation that involves our children is beyond despicable and speaks to her true character.”
Except for maybe the first season of Real Housewives of Orange County, the reunion shows have highlighted some of the worst aspects of human nature. The flagship show of the series initially showcased modern women trying to balance having a career with caring for their children and a sustaining a fulfilling a romantic life. Carolina Manzo would have fit in a lot better with that first crop of reality show leading ladies than with the cast of the spin-off shows. The RHONJ reunion shows airs on September 30.
