The McCafe Pumpkin Spice – introduced to the chain in 2013 – is described as, “a blend of freshly brewed 100 percent Rainforest Alliance Certified espresso and creamy steamed milk infused with a combination of warm spices and flavors of pumpkin pie.”

“Because our customers asked for it, for the first time in three years, McDonald’s is expanding our Pumpkin Spiced Lattes to the entire U.S. making this popular drink available to all customers nationwide on August 31,” a spokeswoman for McDoanld’s told Fortune. “The Pumpkin Spiced Latte is made with hints of pumpkin and cinnamon flavors, consists of espresso made with 100% Arabica beans and steamed with whole or non-fat milk.” The spokeswoman added that the festive drink will continue to be served through the holidays.
Peet’s Cofee, Aug. 31
Peet’s Coffee is unveiling a brand new fall drink that chocolate and pumpkin-lovers are going to want to try immediately. The Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Mocha will be available at all Peet’s locations starting Aug. 31.
“There is no flavor that evokes the feeling of autumn quite as effectively as pumpkin, and we’re pleased
to present this classic fall flavor in a new way to our customers by pairing it with dark chocolate and rich
espresso to create the Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Mocha,” Patrick Main, Senior R&D Manager, Peet’s
Coffee, said in a press release. “Peet’s fans can also look forward to their pumpkin favorites returning to the fall menu that features handcrafted, quality ingredients and highlights Peet’s exceptional coffee and commitment to craft.”
