Bella Thorne Reveals She’s Bisexual And Kisses Her Brother’s Ex-Girlfriend, Bella Pendergast

Bella Thorne has revealed that she’s bisexual. The former Disney star came out on Twitter after sharing a photo of herself kissing another girl, and that girl just so happens to be named Bella, too. Thorne’s fans have started speculating that The DUFF actress is dating the pal she puckered up with, Bella Pendergast, after ending her relationship with Faking It star Gregg Sulkin last week. Pendergast previously dated Bella Thorne’s brother, so Thorne family gatherings would turn into rather awkward affairs if the two Bellas did become an item.

According to Perez Hilton, Bella Thorne “sent fans into a tailspin” when she shared a photo of her same-sex smooch on Snapchat.

The Snapchat picture of 18-year-old Thorne kissing 20-year-old Pendergast made a few of the actress’ fans curious about her sexuality, and one of Thorne’s Twitter followers was even bold enough to ask her if she’s into both girls and boys.

“Are you bisexual?” the fan wrote.

Thorne responded with a simple “Yes,” thus creating a legion of Bella Squared shippers (it’s like Taylor Lautner and Taylor Swift all over again). Thorne further delighted fans of her close relationship with Pendergast by retweeting a follower who wants the two Bellas to become an item. The Bellarina’s tweet was accompanied by two photos of Thorne and Pendergast locking lips.

As Hollywood Life reports, Thorne has been pals with Pendergast for almost half a decade. The girls seemingly became close when Pendergast began dating Bella Thorne’s 20-year-old brother, Remy, and they often share their adoration for each other on social media. Thorne has tweeted that Pendergast is her soulmate, and Pendergast has referred to Thorne as her girlfriend. Pendergast also thinks that she and her BFF would make beautiful babies together.

Last July, Pendergast shared an Instagram photo of the two Bellas on a double date with their boyfriends. Bella Thorne was still seeing Gregg Sulkin, and Bella Pendergast was still in a relationship with Remy.

Bella Thorne and Bella Pendergast haven’t responded to the rumors that they’ve now found love with each other, and Pendergast hasn’t revealed whether she’s also bisexual. However, early Wednesday morning, Pendergast did dash the dreams of Bella Squared shippers by tweeting about her boyfriend. Pendergast let her Twitter followers know that she’s already taken by complaining that her man wouldn’t let her eat on his bed.

Thorne and Pendergast may not be a couple, but Hollywood Life points out that Pendergast is seemingly helping Thorne get over Gregg Sulkin. Instead of sharing social media posts about her heartbreak, Thorne has been posting sweet, upbeat messages about how much she loves her “beautiful babygirl.”

It also helps that Bella Thorne and Gregg Sulkin’s split was seemingly an amicable one. On August 15, they announced that they were calling it quits after a year dating.

“After much thought and soul-searching, we have made the difficult decision to end our relationship,” Thorne and Sulkin said in a joint statement issued to Us Weekly. “We will always love each other and have a deep respect for one another, as we have each grown to be better people because of our time together.”

Thorne and Sulkin explained that their hectic schedules simply made it too difficult for them to spend enough time together. As Just Jared reports, Thorne has been busy filming her new Freeform TV series, Famous in Love. She also recently finished filming The Death and Life of John F. Donovan, and it seems as though she’s developed a little girl crush on co-star Jessica Chastain.
