‘Sister Wives’ News: Mykelti Brown’s Wedding Details Revealed
Last season on Sister Wives, the news came out that Mykelti Brown would be getting married. Her parents were a little bit unsure about the news considering Mykelti hadn’t been dating Tony for very long, but this wedding is still going to happen. Ashley’s Reality Roundup was able to get some news on the big wedding and what Mykelti Brown has planned.
Tony Padron and Mykelti Brown are planning their big wedding, even though they have been quiet about it. Sister Wives isn’t airing new episodes right now, which means the fans are going to have to wait a bit to see it all go down. Sources shared that Mykelti and Tony are just months from getting married. The couple has been living in St. George, Utah, and it turns out the wedding will be there. Mykelti and Tony won’t be heading back to Las Vegas to tie the knot.
Mykelti and Tony will be getting married on December 17. The big day is just a few months away and will make for a perfect winter wedding. They are looking at a Mexican vintage theme, and Mykelti already shared that they won’t be doing a Christmas theme even though the wedding is close to that time of year.

There are rumors flying that Kody Brown will be the one to officiate Mykelti Brown’s wedding. He did this for his daughter Maddie Brown when she got married, so it wouldn’t be surprising at all if Kody did it for this wedding as well. No word on who all will be in the wedding just yet, either. You know that the entire Brown family will be heading out there for Mykelti’s big day.
When Us Magazine originally shared about Mykelti Brown’s engagement, they had a few small details as well. Mykelti shared that Tony was the perfect guy for her, saying, “Tony completes me in every way. He is an incredible man and together, I believe we are perfect.” Tony feels the same way about Mykelti. He said, “I feel as if I’ve completed a puzzle with her and added superglue to keep it together forever!”
When Tony proposed, the couple was out on a hike and stopped near a waterfall. Mykelti Brown shared saying, “Tony got down on one knee and recited a poem he had written for me while opening a ring box. It was such a beautiful ring. I said ‘yes’ with all my heart, and I meant it!” The ring that he picked for her was not traditional, but it was perfect for Mykelti Brown.
At the time, Mykelti Brown knew it would be a winter wedding, and it looks like they went with that big plan. These two were excited to start planning their lives together. Mykelti and Tony don’t plan to be polygamist like her parents are, even though that is the way that Mykelti Brown grew up. Instead, they will be living a traditional marriage. At this time, it doesn’t sound like any of the Brown kids plan to live the polygamist lifestyle, but only time will tell if some of them change their mind later on. Mariah Brown thought she wanted to at first, but now seems like she doesn’t plan to.
