Earlier today, Nintendo announced the full lineup of titles that will be available on the day and the Wii U’s launch date of November 18 along with a list of titles that will be following shortly after.
Nintendo says that a total of 23 titles will be available for purchase on launch day. Most of the games arriving day one will be from third-party publishers, but Nintendo will also be releasing New Super Mario Bros. U and a few other first-party titles.
Another 9 titles will be available at some point in November, but not on launch day. Nintendo wouldn’t say exactly when. Yet another 20 titles are scheduled to release within the Wii U launch “window,” which actually extends out well beyond the actual launch into March 31.
