Kourtney Kardashian Ready To Go To War With Blac Chyna And Rob Kardashian?
Rob Kardashian’s famous sisters might seem to be supportive of him in public, but a quiet feud is erupting between Rob’s fiance, Blac Chyna, and the oldest Kardashian sister, Kourtney Kardashian.
According to Radar Online, in a new clip for Keeping up with the Kardashians, Kourtney is ready to go to war with 29-year-old Rob Kardashian and his 28-year-old fiance Blac Chyna over a “Chymoji” she released which looks like Kylie Jenner. Kourtney was so angry that she called Rob to voice her frustrations. If Kourtney’s reaction strikes you as over the top, that’s because the oldest Kardashian sister has a reputation for being the calmest and even tempered of Kris Jenner’s children. Even Kourtney admitted that the outburst was out of character for her.
“This is the first time that I started to question Chyna’s intentions. I usually don’t let any of this kind of stuff bother me. But for some reason this just sets me off. I just had to call Rob.”
According to Hollywood Life, Rob denied that the Chymoji in question was Kylie. Meanwhile, Khloe Kardashian, who is no stranger to public feuds with Blac Chyna, offered to get involved on social media. If Khole had gotten involved, the Kardashian-Jenner family’s carefully crafted public stance on Rob’s impending marriage would have gone up in smoke. Rob was reportedly well aware of how the news would make the rest of his family look, and threaten to tell the media that his family was unsupportive of him.
Khloe may have posted the subliminal tweet that she mentioned to Kourtney in the clip. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Khloe posted an image to Instagram and Twitter that had the media and fans questioning her intentions.
Fortunately for the Kardashian-Jenner clan, there are so many scandals surrounding the family, that Khloe’s tweet was widely thought to be about her estranged husband, Lamar Odom.
At this point, longtime fans of the Kardashian-Jenner clan might be confused. While the sisters mostly avoided talking about Rob’s relationship and subsequent engagement in public, for weeks the Kardashian-Jenner family has presented a united front of support for Rob and his future wife.
The relationship between Kylie Jenner and Blac Chyna has been messy over the years. Blac Chyna was once engaged to rapper Tyga before he ended their engagement and started dating then 17-year-old Kylie Jenner. Though Tyga and Kylie didn’t go public with their relationship until shortly after her 18th birthday in August 2016, several public feuds erupted between Blac Chyna, Kylie, and their respective supporters. Kourtney Kardashian, however, was not Kylie’s primary champion in the Kardashian family. That honor went to middle sister Khloe Kardashian. Why are Kourtney and Khloe ready to go to war with Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian?
At this point, things seem to have calmed down, but remember episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians air months after they are filmed. The Kardashian-Jenner clan’s flagship reality show gives fans a snippet of what was happening in their lives a while ago, not what is happening in their lives right now.
The story has a happy ending. When Kim Kardashian West got wind of the impending explosion, she sat down with Kourtney to diffuse it before anything went public. Kim Kardashian West pointed out to Kourtney that not only was a feud ridiculous but that it would make the entire family look bad. In response, Kourtney opened old wounds, reminding Kim that nobody in the family supported her relationship with Scott Disick, not even after she became pregnant with their first child.
Based on an August 2016 Snapchat posted by Kourtney Kardashian, it looks like she and Rob patched things up well enough for him to stop by her house for a round of basketball. Which means the ugly feud has been averted for now.
