Simone Biles’ ‘Boyfriend’ Tells Zac Efron To Keep His Lips Off Her As Aly Raisman Plans Pizza Date With Zac

Simone Biles and Aly Raisman are finished competing for Olympic medals, but now the gymnasts have a shiny new prize to fight for: Baywatch star Zac Efron. However, Simone’s “Brazilian boyfriend” is trying to make sure that America’s newest sweetheart hasn’t forgotten about him now that she’s attracting the attention of Hollywood stars.

Simone Biles seemed more ecstatic about scoring a smooch from Zac Efron than she did about earning four gold medals and one bronze medal in Rio. Simone and her fellow Final Five team members — Aly Raisman, Laurie Hernandez, Gabby Douglas, and Madison Kocian — are big fans of Efron, so they were thrilled when the Today show flew the actor all the way out to Brazil to surprise them. Biles couldn’t believe it when her celebrity crush made their magical meeting even better by kissing her on the cheek while they were taking a selfie, and her reaction to the surprise smooch is priceless.

However, someone close to Simone is not laughing about these recent developments. According to E! News, Arthur Nory Mariano, a Brazilian gymnast who calls himself Simone’s “international boyfriend,” recently warned Zac Efron not to get too attached to the all-around champ. He also reminded Simone Biles that he kissed her first.

“Hey @zacefron I saw her first… She is my girl,” Mariano wrote on Instagram. “Proud of you Simone! You are phenomal in whole world and special. You made history. Love u.”

The message was accompanied by an adorable photo of Mariano kissing Biles on the cheek.

Arthur Nory Mariano also issued a playful warning to Zac Efron in Portuguese. He informed the actor that he knew Simone Biles back before she was an Olympic champ who was catching the eye of celebrities, and he has an unbreakable bond with the superstar athlete.

“Get out of here, Zac Efron! Are you thinking I’m some kind of fool?” the Portuguese portion of his Instagram post reads. “I’ve been with her since 2013. She’s my girl…We have a brick bond!”

However, Biles and Mariano aren’t really a couple. Mariano recently told Us Weekly that he and Biles are just close pals who have kept in touch with each other via text since first meeting at the 2013 World Gymnastics Championships. Simone Biles refers to Arthur Nory Mariano as her “international boyfriend” because they only see each other at international competitions like the Rio Olympics.

Simone may not have to worry about Arthur actually coming after her celebrity crush, but perhaps she should be concerned about one of her teammates stealing Zac Efron’s affection. Last week, Aly Raisman had to settle for a silver medal after failing to top Simone Biles’ floor routine. However, Aly later won something that Simone might seriously consider trading her gold hardware for: a pizza date with Zac Efron.

On Tuesday, Aly Raisman made a bold move by publicly asking Efron out on a pizza date. The actor took her up on her offer, and hopefully he didn’t break Simone Bile’s heart in the process.

Refinery 29 joked that the Efron situation is “starting to feel like an episode of The Bachelor,” and the NBC Olympics Twitter page played up the drama by sharing a GIF of Simone giving Aly a little side-eye when Efron’s name came up during the Final Five’s recent NBC Olympics’ Facebook Live session. Simone couldn’t stop freaking out about her encounter with the High School Musical star, and she mentioned the possibility of going out on a date with him while he was in Rio. A fan asked Simone where she and Zac would go for their date.

“I can’t tell you that, because the media would show up,” Simone responded.

It didn’t take much for Aly to get that look from Simone. All she did was say that she was also excited about getting to meet Zac, but Simone didn’t want to hear it.

“Girl, that’s my man. Don’t talk to me like that,” she told Aly.

However, according to Aly Raisman, she wasn’t bothered by Simone Biles’ side-eye. She responded to NBC’s GIF by tweeting that she’s used to her teammate giving her the look.

So will Zac Efron come between Simone and Aly? Nah. As you can see, they proved that they’re still pals by chowing down on junk food together.

Perhaps Simone Biles and Aly Raisman came to the realization that a date with Zac Efron can’t beat filling up on French fries and ice cream after months of eating healthy and training hard.
