Jordan Rodgers And JoJo Fletcher Over Already! Inside His Devious Plan To Stay With Her For Fame And Fortune
Is Jordan Rodgers really in love with JoJo Fletcher? Or is he staying with her for the wrong reasons?
The pair ended their time on The Bachelorette in storybook fashion, with Rodgers getting down on bended knee and asking Fletcher to marry him.
However, an inside source told OK Magazine that their relationship is not as perfect as it seems.
“Things have been bad for a while now,” the insider revealed.
Rodgers endured a lot of controversy during his time on The Bachelorette.
Along with fighting off rumors about his past relationships, many questioned Rodgers’ motivation for being on the show in the first place.
In fact, Rodgers allegedly used the show in order to boost his career and land a job broadcasting sports.
“[Fletcher] told friends she’s disappointed but has agreed to keep a business-minded relationship with Jordan for right now.”
Now that Fletcher realizes Rodgers’ true intentions, she plans on milking the situation for all it is worth.
“They both want to get the most of this experience. So the plans is to go along acting like they are a real couple for as long as they can,” the source added. This isn’t Fletcher’s first time in the limelight.
Apart from starring on the Bachelorette, Fletcher competed for Ben Higgins’ heart on The Bachelor and made it to the final round.
“She’s a smart girl and very business savvy,” the insider continued. “She knows she can profit if she plays her cards right.”
That being said, Blasting News is reporting that Jordan Rodgers denies the rumors about his intentions with Fletcher.
Rodgers addressed the reports after ESPN hired him as an analyst for college football.
“It hurts because judgment and integrity are things that you build and try to maintain over a lifetime, and it just takes one person [saying something] out of malice that makes news,” Rodgers explained.
According to WetPaint, Rodgers went on to discuss his life growing up.
Contrary to popular belief, the former NFL quarterback revealed that his family did not have money when he was younger. Instead, he was raised in 13 different houses because his parents could not afford to buy a home of their own.
For Rodgers, his difficult upbringing is in direct conflict with those fans who believe he is entitled.
“So when people say I’m entitled, that’s not at all true. It’s tough when people who don’t know me assume that they do,” he revealed.
Rodgers also addressed the rumors about him seeking fame and fortune on The Bachelorette.“I definitely wasn’t on the show for fame. My goal every step of the way was to be open and honest with JoJo and let myself fall in love,” he claimed.
Despite Rodgers comments, fans aren’t alone in thinking Rodgers is only after fame and not love.
According to Us Magazine, Jason Biggs and his wife, Jenny Mollen, had a few harsh words to say about Rodgers and the rest of the suitors on the show.
“There’s only one person on that show who was in it for JoJo: JoJo,” the American Pie star shared.
“I don’t trust Jordan at all, I think he’s fame hungry,” Mollen added. “I think he has a weird haircut, which is never a good sign. It just feels like he’s not in touch with reality, wearing that hair around town.”
Mollen then voiced what many fans suspected from the start.
“He wants to be The Bachelor,” she concluded. “Then I think he also wants to be Tom Bergeron, or host some sort of game show.”
In the end, neither Biggs nor Mollen thinks Fletcher’s engagement with Rodgers will last until their wedding date.
