Katie Holmes Dumped Jamie Foxx For Joshua Jackson?
Katie Holmes’ name was recently linked with Jamie Foxx for several reasons, now a recent report suggests that the actress has dumped Foxx for her previous boyfriend and Dawson’s Creek co-star Joshua Jackson.
When Dawson’s Creek was in its early run, Holmes stated that in one of her interview with Rolling Stone that in Jackson she has found her first love, and she felt good to be around such a person who is her best friend as well as who knows how to handle personal and professional life.
When asked about her relationship with Joshua, the actress simply stated that she during the early run of the series, she met him and became the first love of her life.
“I feel so fortunate because he’s now one of my best friends. It’s weird, it’s almost like a Dawson-and-Joey type thing now,” she added in her interview.
On the other hand, Jackson, who is also famous for portraying the role of Peter Bishop in Fringe TV series started seeing German actress Diane Kruger. However, the couple ended their relationship in 2016.
Now as both of the stars are single, Life & Style recently stated that fans of Jackson and Holmes are desperately waiting to see if they will rekindle their romance.
“Everyone’s hoping they rekindle their romance. All her friends have been nudging Katie to consider giving their relationship another chance. They all love him, and Katie and Josh realize what they had is rare and very special.”
Life & Style further revealed that the close friends of the stars have also claimed that during the time of Dawson’s Creek, they were young, but now they are adults but their lost love is still there.
However, Gossip Cop debunked the magazine’s claim and revealed that Holmes and Jackson are only friends and there is nothing going on between them.
Over the past few months, Holmes has been surrounded by several relationship rumors. The most famous speculation about her personal life is her being involved with Django Unchained star Foxx. It was around the same time when Hollywood Life reported that the Mummy actress is apparently pregnant, and the alleged couple is thinking about getting married in the near future.
“They’re so in love, and keeping it all quiet makes Katie that much more crazy about Jamie. She feels like she’s hit gold with her new husband.”
Things got interesting when Foxx’s close friend and The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Claudia Jordan spilled the beans about their relationship. In her interview with Entertainment Weekly, Jordan revealed that Foxx is extremely happy with his ongoing affair and is enjoying every moment with his new girlfriend.
However, Jordan changed her statement after a day and claimed that she has no idea about Foxx’s personal life, and noted that she misspoke during her earlier interview.
“I have no knowledge of Jamie with Katie at all. I’ve never seen them together, he’s never told me he’s dating her. A lot of times, I get asked questions about celebrities — some I know, some I don’t — a lot of times we just give a safe kind of generic answer. Sorry to not have this bombshell story, but I cannot confirm them … I misspoke.”

After all the speculations, Holmes and Foxx never released any statement about their relationship or about their split. So, either they are still hiding their ongoing affair or there is nothing going on between them, and are just close friends.
