Sharon Stone Hospitalized In Italy For ‘Severe Headaches’
Sharon Stone was hospitalized in Italy, but despite the emergency medical scare, the actress has been released with a clean bill of health.
TMZ reports that Stone was in Milan for a runway show on Friday, and began complaining of severe headaches. Since the actress was hospitalized with a brain aneurysm in 2001 after experiencing similar symptoms, she was taken to the hospital where she was checked out by doctors.
According to the Huffington Post, the 54-year-old actress actually fainted at the Fendi show. A source says Stone “fainted and was out cold… it was scary,” and that the doctor’s diagnosis amounted to “migraine related symptoms.”
After release, Stone hit the benefit party for The Foundation for AIDS Research on Saturday. “Sharon experienced migraine related symptoms, and we all felt it best that she got checked out before the amfAR event,” a rep for the event told E! Online. “Stone was examined and given a clean bill of health. And as she said, wild horses couldn’t keep her away.”
Stone helped raise $1.1 million for the charity, attending the event with boyfriend Martin Mica. The Argentinian model is 27-years-old, also Stone’s 27-year junior. Back in May, the couple was photographed relaxing on the beach in Venice Beach, California kissing intimately in the sand.
