Jessica Parido Splits From Boyfriend Karlen Shubaralyan, Confirms ‘Shahs Of Sunset’ Exit On Twitter?
Jessica Parido has split from her boyfriend, Karlen Shubaralyan, and will reportedly not be featured on the possibly forthcoming sixth season of Shahs of Sunset.
In November of last year, Parido filed for divorce from Mike Shouhed after just months of marriage. Quickly thereafter, she and Shubaralyan debuted their romance during an outing at celebrity hotspot Craig’s restaurant in West Hollywood, California.
During an interview with Entertainment Tonight on November 24, Jessica Parido confirmed her divorce from Shouhed, claiming she caught him cheating on her with “multiple women” and said she had not started dating again.
“I want to move on with my life and I want to give all my time, energy and love that I gave to him to someone that deserves it, and it’s clearly not Mike,” Jessica Parido explained to the outlet. “I’m still young and have my entire life ahead of me.”
However, just hours after denying she was dating, Jessica Parido and Karlen Shubaralyan were photographed holding hands as they headed into Craig’s for dinner.

For several weeks, Jessica Parido’s romance with Karlen Shubaralyan continued, and for her birthday, she was treated to a trip to Miami, which she chronicled on Instagram. Although Jessica Parido and Karlen Shubaralyan appeared to have embarked on a whirlwind romance, which was capped off with rumors of a future engagement, she and Shubaralyan ultimately split as rumors began swirling in regard to his possible rape of his ex-wife.
While Jessica Parido has never officially released a statement in regard to the split, her ex-husband, Shouhed, confirmed the news months ago while discussing their own relationship status.
“[Jessica Parido] and I have spoken. We’ve hung out. We’ve talked. It’s difficult, five years together, we shared a lot of memories,” Shouhed revealed during a conversation with the Daily Dish in June. “She was my emotional rock. She was my cultural rock. She was my religious rock. She was the person I went to bed with and woke up with every day. So to miss that person in my life, there was a huge void.”
Regarding Shubaralyan, Mike Shouhed added, “I think that was just a rebound. I hurt her and she was looking for someone to give her attention and love and fill a void that she was feeling with me, but it’s done.”

In February of this year, Page Six published a report that confirmed a slew of charges against Shubaralyan, which included “forcible rape, burglary, violating a restraining order, two counts of injuring a spouse, two counts of dissuading a witness from reporting crimes to authorities and three counts of criminal threats.”
At the time of the publication, it was noted that Shubaralyan was booked and being held without bail as he awaited a court hearing. The source also revealed that it was Shubaralyan’s ex-wife, Taline Bilamjian, who filed the charges against him.
At the time he was booked, it was noted that Jessica Parido’s former boyfriend was out on bail for unrelated crimes, including grand theft and passing bad checks.
Although many fans would surely love to see Jessica Parido return to Shahs of Sunset for the series’ yet-to-be-confirmed sixth season, that doesn’t seem to be possible. On August 9, Jessica Parido retweeted a message about her exit from the show.
“What will be the theme in #Shahs without Jessica in the game. We will miss you Jessica,” the message read.
Jessica Parido has yet to directly address her potential future with Shahs of Sunset.
