Gwen Stefani’s Kids Spend Time With Blake Shelton As Wedding Rumors Swirl

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton appear to be ignoring the ongoing rumors regarding the future of their relationship and instead focusing on her kids and their careers.

As reports state that the couple, who fell in love on the set of The Voice Season 9 last year, is currently planning their allegedly upcoming wedding, Gwen Stefani’s boys, Kingston, 10; Zuma, 7; and Apollo, 2, were spotted spending time with Shelton in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Stopping by Norwood Delite Creamy Whip, Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton, and her young sons “enjoyed a sweet snack along with a little family bonding,” Hollywood Life revealed to readers on August 9.

Since Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton began dating last fall, they have continuously enjoyed time with Stefani’s children, whose father is her ex-husband, Gavin Rossdale. In addition to being spotted together around Los Angeles, Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton, and her boys have also been seen in his hometown in Oklahoma, where they spent their spring break from school.

Immediately after Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton confirmed their romance with an outing in Nashville, where Shelton had attended the 2015 Country Music Awards, they were faced with rumors of an impending pregnancy and engagement. And while those rumors were clearly not true at the time, they’ve continued as the months have gone on and the latest report claims Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have hired a wedding planner and are planning to get “hitched.”

“[Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton] have hired famed celebrity wedding designer, Jerri Woolworth, who has offices in Tennessee and New York,” TMZ told readers earlier this month. “Woolworth has planned events ranging in size from 15 to 15,000 people. She’s planned events for the CMAs, the NFL and the NHL.”

Following the TMZ report, an outlet claimed Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton could become engaged during The Voice‘s upcoming season. According to a second report, both Gwen Stefani’s rep and Blake Shelton’s rep have shut down the rumor, confirming to Gossip Cop that it was “made up” “nonsense.”

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton started their romance on The Voice, so it isn’t a huge surprise to hear that fans have hoped for an engagement, and would love to see the special moment for themselves. However, when it comes to Stefani’s role on Season 11, she doesn’t seem to have one. While she did appear during The Voice Season 10 both as a mentor and a performer, when she and Blake Shelton sang their duet, there has not yet been a confirmation that she will make any special appearances in the future.

As for the possibility of Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton starting a family of their own, that could happen sooner rather than later. According to a new report, Gwen Stefani is currently looking for a home with a nursery that could accommodate her and Shelton’s potentially growing family.

“[Gwen] Stefani is going to do whatever it takes to have a baby with Blake [Shelton],” an insider told Hollywood Life on August 7. “She’s not waiting until after the wedding. She’s been working with a fertility specialist for months, and it would be a dream come true for her and Blake if this turns into a shotgun wedding. They’ve been looking for their dream home and have specified that they want room for a nursery. Having a baby is their top priority!”

Gwen Stefani is currently in the midst of her “This is What the Truth Feels Like Tour,” which keeps her on the road until October.
